Ray Romano Opens Up About His Wife’s Battle With Breast Cancer
"We Dodged A Bullet, Now We Want To Give Back"

Ray Romano is famous for playing the role of a husband and father on his hit sitcom, Everybody Loves Raymond. Of course his real family and wife are separate to his on-screen life and his real wife and he have been married for 24 years. Today People magazine have reported that Ray and his wife, Anna, have revealed that she suffered from breast cancer. This is the first they are telling the public about it, and luckily she has made a full recovery, but the couple want to tell the world to try and give back to others and make a difference. Read on for more of the details about this courageous couple.

Ray’s wife, Anna, was diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2010 after she had a mammogram and biopsy. She underwent 4 rounds of chemotherapy and lost her hair. Ray and her have 4 teenage kids, Ally who is 21, twins Greg and Matt who are 19, and Joe who is 14 years old. Thankfully, she has made a full recovery and is in remission, now they are focused on trying to help others.

“The reason we’re going public is to share our experience, yeah, but to have an effect…our goal is to help people. We dodged a bullet…now we want to give back.”

This is one amazing couple. Congratulations on beating the ugly cancer disease Anna and thank you for being such a positive inspiration. We sadly have too many people falling prey to the breast cancer monster… I cant help being reminded of Giuliana Rancic reading this story. Hopefully doctors will find a cure one day soon and everyone will be cured and well!

That’s great to see a couple in Hollywood last that long! And congratulations to her and her recovery!

I am sorry that I cannot overlook this (I truly wish I could), but these are only a few of the grammatical and syntax errors:

    - his real family and wife are separate *from* his on-screen life.

    - People magazine *has* reported.

    - the couple *wants* to tell the world

    - *She* and Ray have 4 teenage kids

I’m not even bothering with the punctuation errors.
