Early last year, back in January of 2011, Lindsay Lohan moved out of her West Hollywood, CA condo and headed down South to move into a stunning beach house in Venice, CA (and as you may recall, her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson just so happened to be her next door neighbor). Upon her arrival, an artistic citizen of Venice painted a piece of street art to welcome her to town. Just after her move, she got arrested for stealing jewelry and ended up having to serve house arrest in her swanky new home after she was charged with probation violation. Well, the good times at L. Lo‘s Venice beach pad are dunzo … because this past weekend, she moved out of her Venice home. It is being reported that Lindsay has moved back to West Hollywood and is now living again at the Chateau Marmont (the site of many, many of her past indiscretions).

Lindsay Lohan was so spooked by her recent run-in with a trespasser at her home … she has decided to move out of her Venice Beach pad for good, TMZ has learned. A moving van showed up at Lindsay’s house today – and we’re told all her stuff is being taken to a storage facility, until she figures out her next move. And get this … we’re told by sources directly connected with LiLo … the move could be cross-country — she’s seriously thinking of living in New York City when her probation is terminated at the end of March. In the meantime, Lindsay is living at the swanky Chateau Marmont — made famous by John Belushi who OD’d there in 1982. It’s pretty pricey … but Lindsay’s got Playboy money.

See, I dunno that I believe that the trespasser had much to do with her move … my guess is that her year long lease was up. She moved in to the place in January 2011 and moved out in January 2012. I do believe the assertion that Lindsay may move back East to NYC once she completes her probation here in California. LA hasn’t been the best place for Lindsay in the past few years … and, besides, there are a lot of court rooms and a lot of jail cells in NY that she could spend her time in ;) I keed, I keed … Lindsay has actually been behaving herself nicely in the past few months so … maybe she’s learned the err of her ways. Whatever the case may be, Lindsay is no longer a problem for Venice now that she’s back in WeHo. Those of you who have been following L. Lo‘s hijinks for the past 5 or so years will remember that Lindsay has a long and sordid history with the Chateau Marmont … we’ll have to wait and see if things will be different this time around.
