Last night was a very fun night for David and me. We got to hang out with two of our favorite ladies on opposite ends of town. First, we met up with our friend Corynne who is visiting LA this week from NYC. Then, we met up with our beloved Angie for a going away-type dinner before she moves back east to Boston, MA. We love both Corynne and Angie so much that we had a hard time splitting our time between them.

Corynne used to write for David back in the Jossip days and she NEVER visits LA … so we had to go out and hang out with her. We met for drinks at Jones and had a nice time catching up. We’re gonna try and meet up again when when we’re in NYC in a few weeks. After drinks, we met up with Angie for dinner at Eveleigh in West Hollywood. The food there was to die for. The atmosphere is really nice and the waitstaff is very attentive. It’s a great place for dinner. But, my focus was solely on spending as much time with Angie because, sigh, she is moving to Boston. I know this isn’t really goodbye … it’s more a matter of see you later. Angie will be back in LA as much as she can and I have a GREAT reason now to visit Boston for the first time :)

Not sure what the plan is for tonight. We are hoping to hang out with Jordan, who we haven’t seen in ages but … then again, after my crazy night out last weekend … I might just be BORING and stay in :) Ah … c’est la vie! Happy Friday! Happy Weekend!!
