Earlier this month we got our first look at the first full length trailer for the upcoming superhero film The Amazing Spider-Man. Today we get to see a scene from the film itself that features protagonist star Peter Parker (played by Andrew Garfield) going up against a formidable foe. We already know that The Lizard (played by Rhys Ifans) will be the main villain in The Amazing Spider-Man but as you can see in the clip below, Peter Parker aka Spider-Man runs into obstacles at ever turn. Aww … poor Peter … always getting the short end of the stick. See, this is why you should never underestimate the little guy … it’s the little guys that turn out to be the big heroes that everyone eventually loves and worships (er, at least in the world of comic books, that is). My guess is that there will be a lot of these kinds of awkward scenes for mild-mannered Peter Parker in The Amazing Spider-Man. I’d love to see more short clips like this from the film … hopefully, we’ll get a bit more exciting clip next time.
