UPDATE: Heather Locklear ‘In No Danger’ But Still In ICU
"She came into the hospital very agitated and was not speaking in coherent terms."

Yesterday we reported that Heather Locklear had been rushed to hospital in an ambulance. We still don’t have much information on what exactly happened but Heather’s parents have made a statement that “she is in no danger”. Still, we cant help worrying given her history with troubled relationships, depression and medication…

Heather has been in ICU at Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks for he past day and apparently she is in a much more stable condition than what she came into the hospital in. A spokesperson for the hospital released the following statement to ease public pressure and the RUMOR MILL..

“Her parents wanted her fans to know this was not a suicide attempt and that she’s doing really well and very good…Nothing is new and that’s good. She is in our ICU now and she spent a good part of the day sleeping. That’s good, and when she wasn’t [sleeping] she was very chatty, very verbal. She has been upgraded to good condition and medically stable. That fact that there’s nothing new is very good.”

When she came into the hospital in the ambulance she appareNtly was “very agitated” and “was not speaking in coherent terms.”

The Huffington Post has gone back in time and had a look at Heather’s past… I had almost forgotten all the stuff in 2006 when she was still together with Richie Sambosa. When that 11 year marriage ended because Richie was having an affair with one of their friends, Heather really suffered. This is when the reports say that she began taking prescription meds for anxiety and depression. She didn’t really recover because then in 2008, she spent a couple of weeks at an Arizona rehabilitation center to get help for her mental conditions. All this is worrying when you consider what just happened to her this week… the other thing I have been wondering is if all of this has anything to do with the fact that she and longtime boyfriend Jack Wagner called off their engagement just a few weeks ago, in November.

It wouldn’t be a massive surprise if we find out that Heather was taken to hospital this week for alcohol or drug related condition, and given the fact that she has had a rough couple of weeks with the engagement being called off, someone with a tendency to depression would be having an even harder time. Poor Heather, I hope she is okay, and really is stable and in no danger, as her parents say. But I cant help wondering if that means physical danger… emotionally and psychologically is a whole different ball game..

I forgot all about her past problems too so I was not thinking this was suicide all along! Hopefully she recovers quickly from whatever this is!

P.S. As a Chicagoland reader, I love that there is an East Coast blogger now because I usually don’t get any gossip before I have to leave for work! LOL! Thanks Melissa!

My boyfriend was very upset at this news. Then, I told him she wasn’t with Jack Wagner anymore, and he got even more upset. I can’t tell which he took worse.
