Big Boyz In The Hood

I have arrived in Detroit and it feels really good to be home. Altho this trip will be a quick and VERY quiet one, there is something very comforting about being home again. My flight home was very nice, thanks to my Platinum Medallion status on Delta I was able to enjoy all the wonderful comforts of flying First Class … for free. Trust me, it makes all the difference in the world :)

Surprsingly, the meal we were served on the plane was really good. For the first time, I think ever, I landed from a long flight full up and happy. The weather isn’t nearly as cold as it should be here in Michigan this time of year (knock on wood) so I really enjoyed my arrival. Sarah picked me up and we got right down to business once we got to her place … we settled into the Den of Slack (her bedroom) and we watched TV while we played with our iPads. I think I’m finally getting the hang of Pinterest but … we’ll have to see if it can keep my attention (I guess, if you want, you can follow me HERE). Everyone else (Sarah included) loves it so, well, we’ll see.

No big plans for tonight. It’s the “Biggest Bar Night” of the year so I suspect we’ll head out and do something. Not sure. Happy Thanksgiving Eve, I hope it’s a good one for all y’all <3

I’m going to Ontario next week, and just found out I’ll have a few hours in Detroit! Pretty stoked, as I’ve never been. :)
