As the East Coast portion of the United States braced for the forthcoming impact of Hurricane Sandy last night, Lindsay Lohan took to her official Twitter profile last night to tweet a bunch of nonsense to her followers. Not understanding the true severity of the coming storm, Lindsay wondered aloud (on Twitter) why “everyone in SUCH a panic” about Hurricane Sandy (which she refers to as Hurricane Sally). From that point on, she posted more messages one after the other that gave us all a glimpse into her mental process last night. From Hurricane
Sandy Sally, to pontifications on Fame to Adam Lambert (randomly), L. Lo was in a real sharing mood last night. Click below to read some of her nonsensical tweets.
WHY is everyone in SUCH a panic about hurricane (i’m calling it Sally)..? Stop projecting negativity! Think positive and pray for peace. / i am seriously obsessed with you guys.. i cannot even focus on Revenge. / Fame will go by and, so long, I’ve had you, fame.. If it goes by, I’ve always known it was fickle. / So at least it’s something I experience, but that’s not where I live. Marilyn Monroe / lower the blinds / I love Doritos / You have to LOVE yourself before you can love anyone else. i mean… then Diamonds will love you back with Harry Winston’s support / #hurricanesassy / i love @adamlambert / Do it
Some people are suggesting that Lindsay Lohan was on something last night (the shout-out to Doritos signalled to some that she might’ve been smoking some loco weed) which, to be honest, would make her tweets make a lot more sense. Then again, maybe if we take her advice to “stop projecting negativity” then Hurricane Sandy might just go away … I mean, it’s possible right? Celebs who post on their own Twitter profiles do a great job of showing us how they really are “in real life”. I think many of us already have a pretty good understanding of what Lindsay Lohan is really like, last night’s Twitter rant just reinforced that understanding, I think. The worst of Hurricane Sandy is still to come. The storm will make landfall later this evening … I just hope people will stay safe from the storm. Surprisingly enough, I’m going to try and remain positive … which means I’m actually taking Lindsay’s advice. Hmmm.
