First Look: Eminem And 50 Cent Shoot A New Video In Detroit

On Monday, Detroit Curbed was first to report that Eminem and 50 Cent were shooting a video in Detroit and we now have Twitter confirmation from 50 (plus a teeny, tiny clip as proof) that the shoot did indeed go down. Em and 50 teamed up on 50’s new track My Life and considering the helicopters and the setting– the beautiful Michigan Central Station AKA the Detroit Train Station– methinks we can expect big things. Click inside for more!

How gorgeous is that first pic? Trent told me that the station is now closed, but it’s definitely a D-Town landmark; I can’t wait to see what these guys made of the site. There are no pics of the rappers there, but here’s the Twitter proof (SKI = Street King Immortal, 50’s new album):

And one from 50’s publicist:

So yeah! It’s going dooown! Honestly? I haven’t lurved a 50 Cent song in a minute, but I’m def interested in hearing this new jam. And G-Unit member Lloyd Banks– who I haven’t seen in ages– is supposed to be in the video, which is awesome. What do you guys think? Are you ready for another Eminem/50 Cent mash-up? Detroit-style???
