Last week we got to see a short teaser clip from Brad Pitt‘s new ad campaign for the classic women’s perfume Chanel No. 5. Today we get to see the full length promo video and it’s … odd. I honestly have no idea what tone they are going for with this promo but I really feel like this campaign is a terrible miss for Chanel. Check out the video above and see what you think. To me, it sounds like a parody video that you might see on Saturday Night Live … and by that, I mean it’s weird and not funny. What the Hell is Brad even talking about? Anyone? I think Brad deserves an Academy Award for delivering these lines without laughing.

I can’t even with this … Brad was my original actor crush, and I’ve always harbored something for him. He’s even got the long hair from Legends of the Fall!
But with this? Stop. Seriously, I hope there are no other versions of this.
You know, perfume ads usually don’t have anything to do with the perfume, but for some reason this is just a world of no. Too existential, too dramatic, Brad’s taking himself too seriously.
I’m gonna give it to the man though, even while sounding ridiculous he still looks so pretty!
