Last night David and I made our way downtown to the Staples Center to see Madonna LIVE in concert for her MDNA World Tour. As you may recall, I was able to see the show last weekend in San Jose, CA but last night’s show was David’s first time seeing Maddy this tour. We were able to partake of the food and drink available to us at the pre-show party before we made our way to our seats. We had a great time! I loved the show so much the first time that I knew I’d have a blast. Click below to see some photos from last night’s fun, check out video of Madonna performing Holiday and meet the Pink readers that I got to meet at the show last night.

Our seats were a little farther down Madonna‘s runway so we got to spend more time up close and personal with her this time around ;) The setlist was exactly the same as it was in San Jose but instead of the inclusion of Everybody, we got to hear Madonna perform Holiday:
One of the best parts of my night, to be honest, was getting to meet (again) a few Pink readers! Here are photos of me with Katie, Blair, Monica and Cesar & Elia who came to the show from Mexicali, Mexico:

I’ve met/run-into some of these folks before but it was really fun getting to see them again at the Madonna show last night … and it was really cool getting to meet Cesar and Elia for the first time :D Maddy will play a second show at the Staples Center tonight so if you get the chance, GO SEE THIS SHOW! I will not be heading out to see Madonna again tonight, instead I’ll be celebrating Rob’s birthday with a group of friends. I’m really looking forward to seeing the gang tonight.
I hope you are having a great Thursday! It’s almost the weekend (again) so HANG IN THERE :D

Reminds me of when I met you at her show in Detroit during the Sticky & Sweet Tour!
@Zach — Will I see you at the Detroit MDNA show next month?
Trent, I always wanted to know why you choose to go to see the same show so many times. Is it always worth it?
Saw the show in Vancouver – she was fabulous!
How do you always get these amazing seats?! So jealous.
You’ve never failed to take great concert pics Trent. Were you THAT close or just a great camera/camera phone?
Oh and has she done anything “controversial” in the two shows you’ve seen so far? We haven’t heard much since she brought it to the US.
