Yesterday the world awoke to the news that Lindsay Lohan got into a physical altercation with her mother Dina Lohan (who Lindsay suspected was coked up) after the two shared a long night of nightclub partying. We also learned from Lindsay herself that the fight was ignited, in part, over money that she gave to her mother to save her home from foreclosure. TMZ did some digging and they have found documents that do show that Dina did, in fact, almost lose her home … and were it not for Lindsay‘s money, the Lohans would be homeless. Yikes!
Lindsay Lohan was telling the truth when she said her mom was on the verge of losing her house …and Dina Lohan is not out of the woods yet … TMZ has learned. According to court docs obtained by TMZ … JPMorgan Chase Bank filed documents in 2010 to foreclose on Dina’s Long Island home because she had fallen behind on payments. Now here’s where it gets interesting …The bank and Dina cut some sort of deal in which mama Lohan agreed to a new payment agreement that would prevent her home from going on the auction block. Sources close to Lindsay tell us … Dina didn’t ante up on her own — she got money from Lindsay to make the payments. We’re told Lindsay made payments that helped Dina dig out of the hole, but recently she fell behind again and Lindsay had to give her MORE bailout money — $40,000. And that’s the 40 grand that Lindsay and her mom were arguing over when things erupted in the limo early Wednesday. One final thing. We’re told Dina withdrew lots of other money from the Bank of Lindsay, including money to help pay for her kid brother’s tuition.
What I find so interesting is that Dina likes to make the claim that her ex-husband Michael Lohan likes to use their daughter for her money and here we see that Dina is actually living off her daughter’s money. No wonder Dina was so supportive of her daughter appearing in Playboy magazine. A pay day for Lindsay is a pay day for Dina. So gross.
After the dust up between mother and daughter (and after that awkward hug goodbye), Lindsay got on a private jet (with friends and her brother Michael Lohan, Jr.) and hightailed it back to LA:

The guys behind the drink offered LiLo their jet … just to make sure she made it back in time for the event. Lindsay’s brother Michael Jr. was along for the ride. Gotta say … pretty impressive Linds managed to make the trip — considering how nasty the fight was with Dina.
I guess it’s all in a day’s “work” for Lindsay Lohan. Fight with your mom after a night of partying, cry to your dad about it on the phone, have that private phone conversation make the rounds on the Internet, awkwardly hug your mom goodbye then hop a private jet and fly back to LA. Lindsay is now saying the she LIED about her mom on the recorded phone call. She is also saying that her dad is disgusting. I only believe one of those statements.
