Ke$ha is back with a forthcoming new album titled Warrior (due out in a few months) and a new single titled Die Young (out now). Seemingly out of nowhere, Ke$ha dropped this new track late yesterday and it is now available for purchase on iTunes … but you can hear the song in full by watching the official lyric video above. As you can hear, this new track is very sing-songy and upbeat … but it features a bit of Ke$ha‘s “rap style” mixed in as well. I have to say, I’m not the biggest Ke$ha fan but I’ve decided to give her a chance with this new album. I was impressed with her work on Britney Spears‘s last album Femme Fatale (she wrote ‘Til the World Ends) so I’m gonna see if she can impress me with this new album. As for this single, I guess it’s OK. It feels like one of those songs that grows on you. Take a listen, see what you think. Are you happy that Ke$ha is back among us?

I know a lot of people will disagree, but I think Kesha is probably one of the most edgiest pop singers out there at the moment. She is just not afraid of being herself, singing about it and girl can make some slick, dark, dirty pop perfection.

I’m not usually a Ke$ha fan and it takes me a few listens to truly like her songs but I found myself enjoying this song from the very beginning. I can see it becoming a very big hit on the radio. Ke$ha is back and in a very big way.

She’s an awesome pop song writer. I almost died when I found out that she wrote “Till The World Ends”. Thanks for a new dance song, Ke$ha.
