Kristen Stewart is looking pretty damn hot on the cover of Glamour Magazine’s Germany October issue. The young actress (now rumored to be rekindling the flame with Robert Pattinson) is rocking a white tee, a lace mini skirt, and a pair of shoes that I want… badly. I’m also loving the black mani/pedi she has going on; it all looks very Kristen, but with a little glam, which is nice. The magazine also published a series of photographs inspired by On The Road (the film and the movie). These photos do not feature Kristen, but the models they used and photographer Paul Jasmin did a brilliant job recreating some familiar scene so those are in the gallery as well. Checkie out! Kristen Stewart for Glamour Germany:
On the end of Twilight: “I’m relieved. Not that it’s finally over but that we told a story from beginning to end. A story I and all my colleagues invested a lot of energy in. I lived in the Twilight world for about four years. That’s a very long time that demands a lot of patience on your part.”
On how she survived the grueling schedule: “Thank God, I had the opportunity to do smaller movies like The Runaways, Welcome to the Rileys, and On the Road in between [shooting the Twilight films]. Otherwise I’d probably have turned mad.”
On the industry being littered with dilettantes: “I would never work with people who aren’t really creative and aren’t committed to what they do,” she told the magazine. “Unfortunately, there are a lot of those people out there, they are f**king everywhere, and they try to suck the soul out of you. For example, I would never do a makeup campaign, even though the [final] photos with me would probably look good. Thank you, but it doesn’t interest me.”
On her life right now: “I notice that, at the moment, I am in an immensely intense phase of my life. It feels like I could burst from all my energy any minute now. And I don’t want this fire burning inside of me to go out.” - via Glamour Germany Magazine.
Some critics have said that Kristen comes off as pretentious in her interviews a lot of the time. I can totally see that here… but she’s also young and she does have that I-don’t-give-an-eff attitude, which I kinda like, lol. Plus, I find it hard to believe that many other celebs who claim to be sooo humble are really, actually like that. But who knows?
What do you guys think of the excerpts from the interview? Does Kristen sound like she thinks too highly of herself, or is she just being honest about her distaste for makeup campaigns, lol?
