Just a few days after she was arrested for the umpteenth millionth time (this time in NYC, for allegedly striking a pedestrian with her car), Lindsay Lohan went out on the town in Manhattan last night because it is SIMPLY impossible for her to NOT go out every single night. I am happy to report that Lindsay‘s night on the town resulted in NO allegations that she ran someone over with her car, NO incidents where she struck another vehicle with her car and NO arrests related to vehicular or any other crime. Amazing, right? Well, all of these things didn’t happen primarily because Lindsay didn’t drive last night. At last! The magic formula has been discovered!
Lindsay Lohan did herself — and everyone in the Tri-State area — a favor last night by not driving … instead hopping in the passenger seat of an SUV as someone else drove around the streets of New York. And all was safe in Gotham.
Now, it’s unclear if this responsible behavior will continue but … if it does, the people of NYC will be a wee bit safer than they were before L. Lo decided that it was a good idea for her to drive there. I know New Yorkers are a tough breed but not even they deserve this kind of danger. That being said, I don’t know that folks in NYC should expect Lindsay to give up driving altogether … she looks really miserable in the passenger seat, doesn’t she? How long do you think she will be able to resist? HMMM.
