Last month we learned that MAC Cosmetics teamed up with rapper Azealia Banks to release a lipstick color in her honor. The lipstick, called Yung Rapunxel, is a dark plum color … which is a shade of Azealia‘s favorite color purple. Today we learn that Yung Rapunxel is now available for sale and we get to check out a newly released promo image of Azealia rockin’ her new MAC lipstick color.
Coming from the 212, rap ingénue Azealia Banks collaborates with M∙A∙C on Yung Rapunxel – a limited-edition Lipstick in a deep, rich shade of plum with an amplified finish.
I have to clarify that while Yung Rapunxel is now available for sale, it is currently listed as SOLD OUT on the official MAC website. I’m not sure if the lipstick will be restocked online or is available for sale at MAC stores or at MAC counters inside department stores but … you can find Yung Rapunxel for sale on eBay from anywhere between $13 – $50. I guess if the whole music thing doesn’t work out for Azealia she can always go into the make up biz ;)
