Back in July we got to check out an AMAZING promo video trailer for the forthcoming third season of The Walking Dead and today we get to check out the season’s first promo poster. As you can see below, the Walking Dead gang have a battle to wage on two fronts … they have to fight the dead but they also have to fear the living. Check out the full-size poster artwork and get a feel for the tone of the coming season.
It looks like there are storm clouds gathering behind Rick Grimes (played by Andrew Lincoln) and he holds aloft his gun on top of an overturned bus in front of the West Georgia Correctional Facility … but who is he shooting at? The new season of The Walking Dead will premiere on AMC on October 14. Season 3 will be split into two halves … part one begins in October and part two will begin in February. Honestly, I love this idea of spreading the wealth. I can’t wait!
