Earlier this month we saw video of Elton John viciously and disgustingly attacking Madonna in an interview with Molly Meldrum on Australian TV. It would seem that Madonna isn’t one to hold a grudge because she graciously dedicated a performance of her Golden Globe-winning song Masterpiece to “Mr. Elton John” during her concert stop in Nice, France. Maddy told the crowd that she “forgives” Elton, tho, she doesn’t say what she forgives him for. It’s *possible* her dedication is a bit of a dig at him because she tells the crowd Masterpiece is for him because she knows “he’s a big fan of [the song]” and is a “big fan of [her]“. MMM HMMM. Whatever the case may be, whatever Madonna‘s intentions may be, it is my personal belief that THIS is the way you handle yourself in public when you are engaged in a pointless feud with someone else. Madonna shows what it takes to be the bigger person and, as a result, further illustrates what a small, small person Elton John really is.

That’s our Maddy! It could be taken as passive aggression, but I’m going to give her the benefit and say she is being quietly diplomatic. Such a sharp contrast to Elton being loudly melodramatic.
Yesss!!! Finally a response from Her Madgesty. Elton LOST to this song in the Golden Globes and since then his being making a foul of himself talking trash about Madonna. I see this as pouring salt and lemon in his still wide open wound. Nicely done Madonna.
