Back in May we learned from Nicki Minaj that she is planning to release her own fragrance this year and today we get an update on the release of the perfume, once again, from Nicki herself. Nicki shared a photo of her new perfume bottle which looks, well, very Nicki Minaj. The fragrance is called Pink Friday, after her album of the same name naturally, and will undoubtedly smell like candy, rainbow, unicorns and pinkness. LOL!! This is the fugliest perfume bottle I think I’ve ever seen … IT’S PERFECT! Nicki Minaj has a very particular fanbase, they love her for her unconventional look and attitude. While this bottle of perfume might not be the kind of thing that a lot of people would be attracted to, Nicki‘s fans (who she refers to as Barbz and Kens) will undoubtedly flock to stores to buy it up. Pink Friday by Nicki Minaj is due to hit stores this Fall … are any of y’all lookin’ to smell like Nicki? Does this perfume sound like something you might like to wear?

I may be the only one who thinks this bottle kind of looks cool…LOL. I think it’s because it looks a lot like her(Ok, I like the pink wig damnit!) – like having a Nicki doll filled with a diabetes scented fragrance.

Didn’t Katy Perry do the cotton candy and rainbows type thing? I don’t like the bottle but if I like the fragrance enough, I don’t care what the bottle looks like. Haven’t yet to find a celeb fragrance that I like, so I don’t have high hopes for this one.
Usher for Women is actually a pretty good fragrance. It’s the only celeb fragrance I’ve ever purchased.
But this bottle is absolutely hideous. I can’t even think of another word to describe it. I like (most) of her music, but I’m clearly not her target audience with this. Nothing about that design wants me to smell like it.
