Amanda Bynes Accused AGAIN Of Another Hit & Run Accident

Remember back in April when Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI after she allegedly sideswiped a parked police car after a long night of partying at a near by hotel bar (which, subsequently, banned her from returning the following night)? Remember how a month later she was reportedly involved in another hit and run accident? Yeah, well, it would appear that Ms. Bynes is up to her bad habits again. According to a new report, Amanda was ALLEGEDLY involved in another car accident in SoCal this weekend where she rear-ended another car. The passenger of the other car says that Amanda left the scene of the accident without giving up her information or without waiting for the police to arrive. She hit the car then ran … again.

A Los Angeles woman filed a police report yesterday afternoon claiming Amanda Bynes rear-ended her and then, after a brief conversation, drove off without exchanging insurance information … TMZ has learned. Kisa (last name witheld) tells TMZ she was driving her Toyota Corolla on Ventura Blvd. in the San Fernando Valley when she was struck by a woman in a black BMW. Kisa tells TMZ she didn’t recognize the woman at first — because she “looked like a hot mess” — but once they began talking, she realized it was Amanda Bynes. Kisa says she got out her insurance card to exchange information, but says Bynes “seemed nervous about that.” She says Bynes told her the damage to the Corolla didn’t look that bad and proceeded to push her bumper back into place. Bynes then, according to Kisa, said they didn’t need to exchange info since neither car was damaged badly. Kisa maintains, however, that Amanda’s car had “significant” damage to it. Kisa says she continued to try and exchange info with Bynes, but Bynes just got in her car and drove off. Kisa tells TMZ she called the police, who responded to the scene and took a hit and run report. Kisa says when she told the officer who hit her, the officer replied, “Didn’t she just get a DUI?” Bynes was arrested on suspicion of DUI on April 6 (she pled not guilty) and was also accused of hit and run incidents on May 5 and May 27. We’ve reached out repeateatly to Bynes’ reps, who have not got back to us.

Yeah, I don’t know what is going on with Amanda but it would appear that retirement is not agreeing with her very well. Since Amanda decided to retire from acting back in 2010, she has been spending all of her time partying around town. Believe me, I’ve seen her out with her friends — a lot. Now she’s crashing into parked and moving cars left and right … she’s a mess. I suppose all y’all LA drivers should keep an eye out for Amanda Bynes … you never know when she might crash into your car … parked or otherwise.

Seriously – this girl needs to re-evaluate her life and plans. She had a somewhat moderately successful-ish career. Can’t she do like commercials or something?…

  • miguel

like…for Education Connection or something. :P

    • @miguel — … and DEFINITELY not Driver’s Education.

I don’t understand how people get into so many accidents. I’ve been driving for 8 years and I’ve been in zero; How are these people in multiple in a year?!

This girl needs to get her stuff together before she completely goes LiLo on us.

  • Krissy

It is frightening that some people get so many chances to kill innocent people.

  • Joan

How old is this girl? I feel like she’s going through a delayed Hollywood meltdown. Such a pity…

  • kat :)

It’s never ok to hit and run, but especially as a celebrity- you know that someone will recognize you! and why oh WHY does she not just get a driver or take cabs? is she that broke now?

I also think it’s time to upgrade her status to irrelevant, which means to stop talking about her. No doubt when this was/is Lindsay Lohan, she wanted the publicity and continued her immature decisions.
