This may be one of the realest porn movies we’ll ever get– and I know many of us have been looking for an authentic porn movie. About Cherry was directed by Stephen Elliot, a former sex worker who also co-wrote the script with NYU lecturer and writer Lorelei Lee… who is also a porn performer. Plus we’ve got Heather Graham on board– and she’s played a porn star (and the porn star, Rollergirl in Boogie Nights!) enough times to be considered an expert. Thus, methinks this movie’s in good hands. Newcomer Ashley Hinshaw (Chronicle) takes the lead, playing a young girl named Angelina who’s navigating a very tricky path towards independence. And then there’s the part where we get to look at James Franco, which is always a good reason to go to the movies. Happy trailer-ing!
