Ok, Anna Karenina the movie. So far, so good! Between the trailer, the poster, and the Banana Republic line we heard about, every bit of news has gotten me more excited about this movie. Something tells me this tragic love story is about to get re-imagined in some really fantastic ways. And now we have a new featurette where we get to hear from the actors (including Kiera Knightley and Jude Law) and director (Joe Wright, Atonement, Pride & Prejudice). Checkie out!
Now I knew that the idea of “the stage” would play a big role in the film, but I didn’t realize that so much of the film would take place in a theatre. That sounds so strange, and amazing, and exciting and yes. Please more, thank you.
Anna Karenina opens on November 9.

this isn’t news Anna Karrinna has been done before and Keira Knightly can’t act worth shit so it’s gonna bomb at the box office. sure Mr & Mrs Bridge didn’t do well at the box office back in the day but it wasn’t going to period pieces don’t and besides Paul Newman admitted to making that film as a gift to his wife Joanne Woodward. who was oscar nominated for it and would’ve won had it not been for Kathy Bates so she would’ve had book end oscars she’d won on her first nomination 33 years earlier when they were newlyweds. Knightly neds to go to acting school or find a new profession
