I was beginning to think we’d never hear from the woman herself, but Katherine Jackson, the matriarch of The Jackson family has finally broken her silence about the recent, troubling goings-on in her family. Yesterday we saw video surveillance footage of a dispute between Janet Jackson and her niece Paris, and we also learned that Katherine Jackson‘s guardianship over her grandchildren (Paris, Prince and Blanket) was revoked. The children are now in the care of their cousin, TJ Jackson. Katherine Jackson says her piece about all this, inside.
Katherine Jackson, 82-years old, speaks out:
This whole situation is so awkward, I’m beginning to see “awkward” in every new image we get.
Coupla things with this one. So she’s surrounded by her children… and the marketing director of the resort where she’s staying??? Um. K. That’s weirdness number one.
Number two, Janet Jackson looks like she is going THROUGH IT! What the hell is going on? And why does this whole thing make Katherine look more like a hostage than the original story? She didn’t call her grandchildren because she got rid of her phone and “didn’t wanna have any phone calls“???
Seriously. WTF is going on? Who’s firing all of the staff? And how funny was it hearing that reporter read the lyrics to Will You Be There, via Paris‘s tweet, lol?

I think the kids would be best served staying with someone that has never met this family. This whole situation is ridiculous.

This situation is insane. I have the feeling Janet and Jermaine are up to no good. Especially since there was a recent report that Jermaine asked Michael’s estate to pay his child support. Those kids need away from all of these people and kudos to them for standing up for themselves. They have to protect what belongs to them!
My mother is 80 and has recently had periods of severe mental instability requiring hospitalization. It looks like that might be what’s going on.
My grandmother is around that age and is going through something similar. She’s a little to old for it to be alzheimer’s or so says the doctor. She just kept forgetting important things like where she put the bills she needed to pay, or my dad would ask her to get something and she would start to do it then in the middle of that go off to do something else. She wasn’t even eating well, and would say it just slipped her mind. Now she’s living with my uncle, so we’re all sure that she is being taken care of. Maybe Katherine Jackson needs more help to take care of those kids that she lets on.

They all look so stoney faced and just hovering over her like vultures just waiting for her to say the wrong thing. Its awful. I lost so much respect for the whole bunch, especially Janet. I think those kids should file a restraining order against Janet and company.
Trent I think this comes down to money. Jermaine and Randy want/need more of it to pay their child support bills.

Why Janet is involving herself in this I have no idea because it is making her look BAD. My thoughts really are that because the children are not blood related they don’t feel as if they should inherit all of the money. Michael cut them out of the will and they think they are OWED. It’s disgusting. I think TJ should probably be awarded permanent custody becuase you can bet your bottom dollar if she really does become sick then they are going to attempt another take over of the estate. Apparently once Katherine dies the money goes into trust for the children hence why they are trying to get a much of it out of her as they can right now. It’s. disgusting.
@Cathy and @Sarah. If this were just about Katherine getting old and having memory problems then wouldn’t you as a loving child step in to help her. That is help her pay the bills and do whatever it is she needs. If she needs to go away for a few days you come over have a meeting talk to the children estate everyone involved and take her to a spa in Beverly Hills or Jamaica for all I care. You don’t kidnap the woman in the middle of the night tell no one and then drug her up to the nines and give her no access to phone or internet even though the ‘spa’ is equipped with that. This is shady shady shady.

Okay: on topic. This whole thing is creepy and shady. Something really scary is going on behind the scenes, and I’m glad MJ’s kids aren’t taking this crap and airing out all of this dirty laundry so MJ’s sibs can’t do whatever the heck it is they’re trying to do.
