Our dear Britney Spears has been bizzy over the past few weeks with her duties as judge on The X Factor. Just last week, she made her way to Rhode Island for another round of auditions. As I understand it, Britney is getting a bit of a reputation as a hard judge (tho, these reports are scattered and inconsistent, emanating from fans who hear bits and pieces of her judging style at these auditions) which, I have to say, seems very interesting to me. The assumption has been that Britney would be a push-over judge (a la Paula Abdul) so I’m charmed by the notion that she’s more of a hard ass. Nonetheless, softie or hard ass, Britney needs a bit of a vacay from all the hard work she’s been doing … so she bundled up her sons and her fiancée Jason Trawick and made her way to Maui, HI for a little holiday.
She has been back in the spotlight, working hard as part of the new X Factor USA panel. So Britney Spears has taken a well-deserved break from the filming the television talent show and headed to Hawaii. The 30-year-old star touched down in Maui today with her two sons Sean Preston, six, and Jayden, five, looking excited to spend the American Independence Day celebrations in the tourist destination. While many female celebrities often glamming up to take plane journeys in the hope of being photographed, the pop singer was spotted in the arrivals area noticeably dressed down … Britney simply donned comfortable jeans and a blue top with she covered up with a hooded jacket. Her fiancé Jason Trawick took care of her youngest offspring … who wore the same T-shirt as his cap-wearing brother. Spears held on tightly to her first-born even, displaying how protective she is of her brood, even as her group were accompanied down the escalators and through the terminal by a security team.
The short vacation, before she has to get back onto the judging panel with Simon Cowell, L.A Reid and Demi Lovato.
Yes, girl, you deserve a vacation — enjoy it! I have had the extreme fortune of visiting Maui and let me tell you, it is PARADISE there. Interestingly enough, Britney visited the same hotel that we stayed in shortly after our visit so clearly she loves the area as much as I do. I suspect Britney and her boys will be holidaying thru the 4th of July so they are going to have a great time. Ugh, I’m so jealous. They all look very cute, don’t they?

It poured rain my first day in Maui and was only slightly nicer the second. Guess that means I’ll have to go back. ;)

Shes doing a good job of covering up her tummy…. I know chances are super slim but my heart is yearning for baby trawick.
I love Britney but we all know she isn’t a big fan of a bra. My guess is that she’s just covering up the nipples. Haha! The way she looked in that red dress this week, she isn’t pregnant. Although I would love for her and Jason to have a little girl.
@Lauren — I agree, I think it’s more a matter of chest coverup than tummy coverup. I don’t think Britney would get pregnant with a new TV show on the horizon.
Good Point! Probably just covering up her bra-lessness. lol As Trent said, I don’t think she and Jason would get pregnant with her new X Factor gig, especially after all the legal wrangling it took to secure her as a judge. And even if she wasn’t on the show, a baby’s the last thing she needs right now! Maybe once the conservatorship (sp?) ends and after she and Jason are married…
I agree with Trent. I think she probably went bra-less and is covering it up.
