Madonna Films A Music Video For ‘Turn Up The Radio’ In Florence, Italy

Madonna is currently on tour in Europe with her MDNA World Tour and she performed her most recent concert in Florence, Italy. It turns out that Maddy added a few extra days to her Florence stop so that she could film the music video for her new single Turn Up the Radio. Madonna’s manager Guy Oseary is on set and is posting photos from the shoot on his official Twitter profile … click below to see the first photo shared by Oseary from the Radio music video set.

Video shoot right now in Florence “Turn Up The Radio”…

Over the weekend, other photos from the Turn Up the Radio video set hit the Internets but this is the first official photo. Radio is one of my favorite songs from M.D.N.A. and I think it will make an excellent Summer single. So far, Gimme All Your Luvin’ and Girl Gone Wild have been released as singles and now is the time for Turn Up the Radio. Since filming for the video just started this weekend, we still have a few weeks until we get to see the finished product. I love the song, I just hope the video turns out just as well.

The video is being directed by photographer Tom Munro.
He’s the same guy who directed the “Give it 2 me” video.
I hope that AT LEAST this is going to be better than “Give it 2 me”.
I kinda hate when bad music videos ruins the song…
She should hire Joseph Khan someday.
That would be an awesome collaboration.

Apparently Jonas Akerlund (“Ray of Light”, “Music”, etc) is the one directing Turn Up The Radio!
That’s great news for me cause I’ve always liked his style :)
      Can’t wait.

Great news because I thought she was just going to film it from the concert. Seems like the video for Gang Bang is not happening soon.

was expecting another kind of treatment – where its about a younger couple — and in the end, it’s actually an older couple surviving decades of a relationship — just like Madge with her fans. That’s the only time Madge magically appears to join all of them:D
