Jessica Simpson’s Wedding Date Reportedly Revealed

Save the Date

Earlier this month we learned that Jessica Simpson finally gave birth to her baby girl and while we await the release of Maxwell Drew‘s first photos, we learn today that Jess and fiancée Eric Johnson have reportedly set a wedding date. Now, no one from Jessica‘s camp has officially confirmed this news but according to sources (ahem, who are oh so ever reliable), a date has been set. The wedding will supposedly take place this year. Click below to find out exactly when.

Jessica Simpson welcomed baby Maxwell just a few weeks ago, but the performer, designer and new mom has yet to slow down. Now she’s busy planning her wedding! An insider reveals exclusively to the new issue of Life & Style — on newsstands now — that Jessica and her fiancé, Eric Johnson, have set a new wedding date: Dec. 12, 2012 — 12/12/12. The couple, who have been engaged since November 2010, reportedly had been planning to wed in Hawaii on Nov. 11 (11/11/11) but put their plans on hold after Jess discovered she’d become pregnant. With a new date set, the couple are still considering a laid-back beachside ceremony. “Jessica and Eric are eyeing the Hawaiian island of Kauai for the reception for around 60 family and friends,” the insider reveals. But that’s not all the Fashion Star mentor has in the works. “Jessica is busy planning two very important events — Maxwell’s baptism and her wedding to Eric,” a pal reveals to Life & Style.

Um … didn’t the Mayans predict that the world would come to a total and devastating end in 2012? Isn’t the supposed end of the world date 12/12/12 … or is it 12/21/12? Considering that we now know that 12/12/12 is when Jessica Simpson will allegedly marry again … I’d say the Mayans were deffo onto something ;) Hee Hee, I’m kidding. I really like the date 12/12/12 so I hope this report turns out to be true. By that time, little Maxwell will be 7 months old and rearin’ to see her parents get hitched. What do y’all think of Jessica‘s supposed wedding date? Do you approve?

Kauai is where I want to get married. The Grand Hyatt is beautiful and Koa Kea Resort is to die for. I doubt she would announce where she’s getting married though…. I doubt it will be in Kauai.

  2. I love the grand Hyatt! We stayed there. Sooooooooo amazing!
