Brazilian beauty, Gisele Bündchen, is on the cover of Vogue Paris Magazine this month, and in a somewhat atypical approach, the cover has taken on a very beachy and casual vibe. Gisele is there topless baring a very sandy bottom. Check out Gisele’s almost “non-styled” photo shoot for Vogue.

I love this photo because it captures Gisele as the beach babe that she is. She is, after all, from the south of Brazil where life is all about the beach. This less “styled” looking shoot suits Gisele, in my opinion. Lets face it, she looks good in anything, but this feels like it captures Gisele, rather than just any model.
The sandy bum is clearly the focus of the photo, and they are drawing the viewer’s attention to Gisele’s hot butt and thighs, but there is also a playfulness about the cover – as if, you wouldn’t expect this kind of thing from Vogue Paris, of all high-end fashion magazines. Everyone knows that if you sit on the sand with a wet bum, you get all sandy, and that sand sticks and is hard to budge. I just wonder whether Gisele “made” this herself or whether it took a whole team of makeup artists and stylists to the get the sandy butt look just right?

I was going to say… that sandy butt looks like it was artfuly put on her. Or they put something sticky on her. Who knows.
Groundbreaking for Vogue: another Gisele cover.
