First Look: Scarlett Johansson Surfaces On The Set Of ‘Hitchcock’

Janet Leigh, I Presume

Earlier today, we learned that actress Scarlett Johansson was honored with her very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday … but homegirl has also been working hard being an actual star. Back in March we learned that ScarJo won the role of Janet Leigh in the upcoming biopic Hitchcock … today we get our first look at her on the set of the film. It’s not a great photo, to be honest, but click below to get your first look at Scarlett as Janet Leigh in Hitchcock.

We have already seen Sir Anthony Hopkins transform into Alfred Hitchcock. And now we have the first glimpse of Scarlett Johansson as the director’s big Psycho star Janet Leigh. The 27-year-old actress was seen in costume on the set of the upcoming film about the legendary director. Scarlett was seen arriving on set in her own clothes before heading into hair and make-up emerging as Leigh. Pictures show the star with short blonde curls in her hair and she is dressed in a pair of high-waisted cropped trousers and a black coat with a hood. The actress was also seen on set in a pair of grey jogging bottoms and a grey hooded jumper as she left her trailer.

As you may recall, a few weeks ago we got our first look at Sir Anthony Hopkins as Alfred Hitchcock and how we get to see his Janet Leigh … albeit, from behind … and in a bad wig. STILL, I’m sure she looks great. Hitchcock will tell the tale of the making of Psycho so I presume we can look forward to the infamous shower scene … starring Scarlett as Janet Leigh. So exciting. Hopefully the next time we see ScarJo in costume we, um, will get to actually see her in costume. HMMM.

Oh dear. At first I just glanced at the first picture before reading the title and I could’ve sworn it was Justin Beiber lmao!

This is how I know I haven’t had my coffee yet – I saw “Hitchcock” and assumed it was a Will Smith movie, because Hitch + Hancock = Hitchcock. >_<
