Watch: HBO Releases A ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 2 Production Promo Video
Winter, apparently, is STILL Coming
Back in September we got to see a preview teaser for the upcoming second season of the HBO series Game of Thrones but, as you may recall, that video didn’t really show us … well, anything. Today we get to see a more substantial promo video for season 2 of Thrones and this time around, we get to see new footage. The promo video below features the show in filming production so it’s not a polished trailer, per se, but it does give us a taste of what’s to come when the show returns next year.
Squeeeee!! I am really looking forward to the return of Game of Thrones next year. I had no idea the show would turn out as good as it did and I’m really glad I decided to make the investment in the new series. If you’ve not watched Game of Thrones yet, DO IT! Trust me, it’s a great show. From the looks of this production video, they are going to pull out all the stops in order to make season 2 bigger and better than season 1. I cannot wait to see more … so I hope we get more promo stuff soon. The wait for season 2 seems eternal right now … more promo stuff will lessen the pain of waiting ;) Doesn’t this video look great?

I wish we could just jump to season 3. Book 3 is absolutely bananas and it’s going to leave viewers of the show who don’t read the books with their jaws on the floor. Have you read any of the books, Trent?
i just finished book 3 a couple weeks ago… i cant wait until they get to it. i had serious WTF & OMG moments with that book.
Right?!?! I actually screamed out loud when I read a couple parts. The ending? CRAZY!!!!!! I read it for a book club I’m in and one of the girls hadn’t seen there was an epilogue, needless to say she was proper shocked when we got around to talking about it.
can.not.wait! love this damn show. im kind of glad time has flown by since season 1 ended. season 2 will be here in no time!

I don’t know if you read the books or not. If not here is a warning. Don’t get attached to anyone! Lol, Martin isn’t afraid to kill off characters.

ughh can not waiittttt! I am on book 5 right now and god knows when book 6 will come out ! Mr. Martin sure does like to take his sweet time lol like 5 years in between novels! Hopefully with the success of the show the next book will come a little faster! can’t wait to see more peter dinklage! obsessssssed!
I was reading something that said he probably won’t start on the next book until 2012! I need it sooner!
this series totally sucked me in. I love it. I think I need to start reading the books. I gotta say, HBO is coming out with some shows.

I can’t wait to see Season 2. I loved Season 1 so much, I watched all the episodes over a couple of days (sadly I was late in the game about finding out about the show). I really should read the books since often I think the books are better than the live action and love the show so far.
Did I see right? Is one of the new characters the girl who played queen anne on the Tudors?
Yes, I noticed that too! Can’t remember the actress’s name but that’s definitely the same girl who played Queen Anne in Tudors. She also showed up in Captain America (no connection to Game of Thrones & Tudors but…yeah…) :D
