After Justin Bieber was accused of fathering a lovechild with a female fan and after he denied the allegation and after he refuted the reports that he and girlfriend Selena Gomez have broken up over the scandal, The Biebs is going on the offensive. According to a new report from TMZ, Bieber is reportedly planning to take a DNA paternity test to prove that he is not the father of anyone’s baby … and afterward, he is planning to SUE his accuser for defamation. HMMM. But before JB can take the test, he has to lend his loving support to his girlfriend Selena who is hosting the 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards tonight. All in a day’s work for The Biebs, it would seem.
Justin Bieber will take a DNA test in two weeks when he returns to the United States to prove he is not Mariah Yeater’s baby daddy — and after that, Justin and his team are going after her in court … sources directly connected with Justin tell TMZ. Justin is in Europe now so he can’t take the test until he returns … but he is determined to put an end to what he says is a bogus scandal. Our sources say Justin’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, contacted Yeater’s attorneys Friday and conveyed the DNA test WILL happen. We’re told Justin and his team are so serious … they directed Weitzman to find a lab to do the test and Weitzman has already selected one. Once the test shows Justin is not the daddy, Justin and his team will sue her. We’re told Yeater’s lawyers appeared “nervous” when they heard the news. This may explain why Yeater’s lawyers went underground yesterday and did not return TMZ’s calls. Sources say Bieber and his team think it’s important to file a lawsuit against Yeater to show there are consequences when somebody trumps up phony, hurtful allegations against a celebrity.
Dang. It’s pretty serious when a young popstar has to take a DNA paternity test to prove that he didn’t father a lovechild. It sounds to me like Team Bieber is really interested in putting an end to this ridiculous story … because it has already run more wild then it really should have. I really hope Bieber‘s accuser is ready for the consequences of making an allegation like this. She may have gotten a bit of notoriety out of this drama, she may have even made a bit of money … but if her claim is proved unfounded, she’s gonna hafta pay out a whole more more than she took in.

I’m sorry but in this day and age where a DNA test is possible, someone has to be really stupid to make allegations on someone famous (and has the means to pay for such tests)that he fathered her child.

I agree. He could be the father, and tests will prove it or not. He could also not be the father, and if that is the case, she has to be seriously out of it to think that she could have pulled it off.
There are some people out there that are so desperate to get attention from their idols that they will do crazy things. From this so far, she KNOWS he has looked at her picture, and that he knows her name. How many Bieber fantatics can say that? Some people want attention so desperately that they don’t care about making themselves look like fools as long as it somehow touches the person they are focused on. Scary stuff. Dangerous, too.
Either he’s the father or she needs to be institutionalized for the safety of her baby and Bieber. If the former is true then she is going to need a bit of protection from the Bieber fans who were threatening her life….in fact she should probably get some protection anyway especially if she’s leaking the gross bathroom sex details to the press.
either way this girl is screwed… if he isn’t the father, she gets sued. if he is, she faces statutory rape charges.

what if it’s not a bogus claim? what if she slept with biebs on the 2nd of the month, then slept with another guy on the 20th except for the second guy she used a condom? the accuser obviously knew a paternity test and possibly a lawsuit would be involved, there must be something to substantiate the claim.
That’s what I keep thinking too…she’d be an idiot to not think they’d want to do a paternity test, so why would she make this claim unless it were true or probable at the least?
Because she thought she can make a bit of money from selling the story even if it went no where. Most reports seem to be that she is pretty unstable (accusing the ex and going postal when he he denied it).
I could easily be wrong but I think she thought she could cash in on a few interviews and then let it all blow over when it turned out she was lying but by then she would be laughing all the way to the bank. If she is lying suing is the right way to go, not because Beiber deserves more money but because we don’t want to hear the baby rumour of the month from crazy women.
From what I’ve been reading, Ms. Yeater’s friends say she has a troubled relationship with the truth. The baby is adorable, and it’s a shame she has a crazy mom.

The girl has to be looney toons. She’s 20, saying she was 19 when 16 year old Bieber knocked her up. She doesn’t realize that if this is true, she could be in a lot of hot water, legally? I feel so sorry for that baby. I almost WANT Bieber to be the father so that he can raise it, because I’m sure that Bieber (and I’m no Bieber fan) could do a heck of a lot better by that kid.
She wouldn’t be in that much hot water. Since she was only 3 years older, I don’t think the full statutory rape charges would apply. I think I read that it would be a misdemeanor, and she might have to pay a small fine.
What if it is true and Justin Bieber’s camp fakes the paternity test results? Would that be possible?
