After a lot of promo teasing and a lot of spying on the movie set, today we get our first OFFICIAL look at the upcoming superhero film The Avengers! Due out next May, The Avengers looks to be one of the most epic superhero films of all time … partly because it features an amazing group of individual heroes but mainly because the film is being directed by the amazing Joss Whedon. OMG OMG OMG OMG!! This looks so great. I’m not sure what I was expecting from this film but … man, this really exceeds those expecattions. The action looks amazing, the character interaction looks brilliant and bonus points for the use of the Nine Inch Nails song We’re In This Together. AND … AND … we get to see Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner before he HULKS THE EFF OUT! Woot!!! LOVING THE HELL OUT OF THIS TRAILER! I am so excited, are you?

Why?
Well look at something like Firefly/Serenity is more than enough. But the humour is still there, form this trailer anyway. It’s gonna be an action masterpiece but we are gonna hear these characters talk! If only Michael Bay could learn from that and not have the only dialogue for Transformers as screams & grunts and yelling inbetween action scenes.
I’m hoping and have FAITH that Joss keeps his spark in this film and introduces us to every character since they are team. Gonna be sweeeet.

Love this trailer. So fracking good. And SLJ said that we’re going to find out more about Nick Fury. Yay. And with Joss at the helm, I know it’s going to be a kick ass movie.
