I agree with most of these but I kinda liked Brook’s and Carmen’s. They had quality accessories, and clean lines. Not too over the top, but that’s not always a bad thing.

Not very imaginative costumes, so its definitely ‘fail’ for all of them. A positive example has been Heidi Klums costume this year: extremely well done and really scary; probably insanely expensive too, but well worth the expense.
