Lindsay Lohan Has Her Probation Revoked, Gets Sent Immediately To Jail
... But Not For Long

Lindsay Lohan, who managed to stay out of trouble for the past few months (while NOT completing the terms of her probation), showed up in court today to get an earful from angry Judge Stephanie Sautner who was upset that Lindsay has apparently not been in compliance with her punishment. Lindsay‘s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley did her best to try and explain away L. Lo‘s actions but Judge Sauter was not having it. Sauter immediately revoked Lindsay‘s probation, set bail at $100,000, had Lindsay arrested & taken into custody for processing and set November 2 as the day she will go before the court for a new probation violation hearing. Click below for a blow-by-blow report on Lindsay‘s latest courtroom drama from TMZ.

Judge Stephanie Sautner came of the box swinging, making it clear … her sentence was SPECIFICALLY to do community service at the Downtown Women’s Center. And the judge made it clear … Lindsay blew off 9 appointments and when she showed up once she only stayed an hour — not 4. The judge said Lindsay caused herself to get kicked out of the Center, and it constitutes a violation of her probation. Then the judge noted something very confusing — that the Probation Dept. nevertheless gave her a glowing report. The judge tore the Probation Dept. a new a-hole, and refused to give her any credit for serving time at the Red Cross. The judge said she wants Lindsay to work at the morgue, and told the Probation Dept. as much. The judge also scoffed at Lindsay for finishing her Shoplifter’s Alternative course last night, even though she had months to complete it. The judge said sarcastically, “Are you noticing a trend?” Then Judge Sautner raised the issue — Did Lindsay really see a shrink every week, when she was in Europe. Judge Sautner seems to doubt the psychologist is telling the truth — that Lindsay showed up every week in person. Miss Lohan’s actions deliberately made it impossible for Lindsay Lohan to complete her probation. Shawn Holley’s retort … lots of people on probation screw up from time to time, and they don’t get their probation violated. And Holley says, Lindsay did most of what she’s required to do. Holley backed off what the Probation Dept. told the judge … telling the Judge if she didn’t attend a session with her shrink, it was because the Probation Dept. gave her permission to miss the session. The judge also noted Lindsay took 6 months to do a 12 hour shoplifting course — and she didn’t complete it until last night. And there was the ultimate dis– when talking about Lindsay’s work schedule, the judge said, “She is supposed to be an actress, from what I hear.”

In a blistering hearing, Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lindsay Lohan’s probation, had her cuffed and set a hearing for November 2, when Lindsay could end up getting as much as a year-and-a-half in jail. Judge Sautner said Lindsay Lohan was completely responsible for being thrown out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where the judge told her she must complete probation. The judge concluded Lindsay violated her probation, scoffing time after time, incredulously reading from the Probation Report — the section where Lindsay told the Probation officer she didn’t find the Women’s Center “fulfilling.” TMZ broke the story … Lindsay got kicked out of the Women’s Center after being a no-show 9 times. The Judge also doubted Lindsay attended sessions with her shrink once a week, as the Judge required. The judge dismissed Shawn Holley’s argument that Lindsay had to leave town to work, and that’s why she missed a number of community service appointments, saying, “She’s supposed to be an actress, from what I hear.” Judge Sautner recalled all the screw ups Lindsay has had in her court cases, reminding Holley that “Probation is a Gift.” As we reported, Lindsay’s bail bondsman appeared in court and will be bailing her out shortly. The judge could barely contain her contempt for the Probation Dept., which gave Lindsay a glowing report. Judge Sautner said the Probation Dept. had no authority to send Lindsay to the Red Cross to do her community service and said Lindsay would not get credit for the time she served there. Before Lindsay was taken away in cuffs, the judge said Lindsay must complete 16 hours at the morgue before the November 2 hearing. Although Lindsay could get sentenced to nearly a year and a half in jail, a frustrated Judge Sautner noted new laws and overcrowding would make such a sentence unlikely.

It seems pretty clear to me, having watched the hearing myself, that Judge Sautner is completely fed up with Lindsay‘s actions and refusal to comply with the terms of her punishment. But, because of jail overcrowding, it is very unlikely that Lindsay will ever truly be punished with jailtime … and the judge knows it. Still, it seems evident that Judge Sautner will do everything she can to ensure that Lindsay is punished for her continued crimes as best she can. Lindsay is sitting in police custody right now (for as long as it takes for her bail bondsman to spring her) but it won’t be long until she gets bailed out. IF she’s smart, and unfortunately we know that she’s not very smart at all, L. Lo will comply with the judge’s order and properly serve her time at the county morgue before she has to be in court again next month. My guess is that Lindsay will continue to thumb her nose at the court … so this kind of stuff will continue to happen.

And more mug shot photos will be added to Lohan‘s growing and very sad collection.

Did anyone else notice her scoff and huff as soon as the judge said that she’d be taken into custody for the time being? (Right before the judge says “I don’t tell the sheriffs where to take people”) RUDE.
Here’s a fun experiment for everyone to try – do a google image search for “Lindsay Lohan 2004″ and then compare those results to what comes up for “Lindsay Lohan 2011″. They should turn the results into a Drug awareness campaign!

I was about to mention that, she is an ungrateful brat and I would really like to see her get the punishment she deserves.

If you watched the hearing the judge said something like “She’s supposed to be an actress, from what I hear. I don’t know what work she’s done”, at which point Lindsay began to huff and shake her head in VERY disrespectfully, whereas the judge had to stop and address her before continuing.

I just wish she would just stop getting work completely and people would stop caring, that’s the best punishment I can think of since she’ll never see any legally.

she does act horribly in court, very disrespectful and ungrateful…she has a false sense of entitlement that is from bad parenting.
