The blog FabLife stumbled upon a set of photos of Lindsay Lohan‘s sister Aliana and, to be honest, I had no idea that the photos were actually of Ali when I first saw them. It would seem that something … different … has been done to her face that makes Ali almost unrecognizable. Oh, Lohans. Will you never cease to make us question your collective decision-making skills? Ali Lohan was photographed in Beverly Hills yesterday while hitting the salon with big sis Lindsay, and not only did she look strikingly thin, but something else was…off. Since signing to NEXT Model Management last month, Ali’s lips appear plumper, cheekbones more swollen, nose refined, eyes more “alert” and eyebrows completely re-landscaped. We’d love to believe her almost-unrecognizable new face is due to some sculpting makeup, Lip Venom and masterful eyebrow threading, but we’re skeptical. We must note that Ali’s 17 years old, meaning her mother Dina likely had to sign off on anything she may or may not have had done. Oy.
I fully expect the Lohans to vehemently deny that anything surgical has been done to 17 year old Ali‘s face but … well, you can see for yourselves that she looks completely different. I’m sorry but the change is not an improvement … by any means. What do y’all think? Did Ali get work done or … are these changes just … natural?

It boggles my mind that the two pictures are the same person. It’s like watching some of those diet pill commercials where you KNOW the before and after pictures are not the same person… the fact that this IS the same person seriously freaks the crap out of me. Excellent parenting as per usual, Dina.
i think she has lost way too much weight. and perhaps some lip plumping. either way she looks way worse than ever before. blech!
Ugh! She looks like a skeleton. I mean, some of it might be weight loss but I’m seeing nose job, lip injections, eyebrow lift and even possibly cheek injections. *shutters*

I see where everyone is coming from but I think if someone was going to have drastic surgery it would have been Linds, no? She is the queen of dramatic. I think Ali could have easily lost her fake tan, dyed her hair, grow in her eyebrows, get some lip injections and lost a ton of weight to get this look. But who knows, the family is crazy – clearly.

I’m cool about commenting on Dina Lohan as a nasty mother but I’m not cool about commenting on a 17 year old’s looks in a public forum. That kind of thing should be illegal, particularly when people are declaring how ugly she is. If she didn’t have an eating disorder, she’d soon develop one by reading this crap. Personally I think she looks beautiful in both pictures – obviously a bad angle, and dubious lip plumpage, but the ONLY way to talk about a 17 year old girl should be positively – don’t teenagers have enough to deal with?

Thank you for saying this. And Ali especially has a lot to deal with witnessing her sister’s huge problems and dealing with her volatile bipolar father’s abuse.

Ali is a disgrace for a human being. She is all messed up and permanently damaged by her stupid mother, aka Long Island Mother of the year. Really? Ali looks so scary now, it is creepy. She looks like she is 50 years old. Her life is now over.

Comment on someone’s appearances all you like (if that’s what makes you feel good about yourself) but you can hardly say anything about her as a person unless you know her personally. Imagine how you might come off if you were slandered by the media at every turn?
