After she announced her first pregnancy last weekend at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, Beyoncé and hubby Jay-Z went off the radar for a few days. But this weekend, the couple have surfaced in Venice, Italy presumably to partake of the festivities at the 68th annual Venice International Film Festival. As you can see from the photos below, Bey was spotted wearing a very loose-fitting, flowy dress … in order to give her burgeoning baby bump room to breathe! Behold! Beyoncé‘s Bump Watch has now officially begun!
Beyoncé Giselle Knowles really is a woman that has it all and she can take a look back at her life so far with pride as she turns the big 3-0 today. The singer is celebrating her milestone birthday in Italy with husband Jay-Z and the pair were seen out in the romantic city of Venice last night enjoying a dinner date. It is the first time that Beyoncé has been pictured since she announced she is pregnant at last Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards. The singer looked radiant and happy as she left her hotel with her husband protectively by her side. Her burgeoning bump could be seen underneath her maxi patterned dress which had gold embroidered halter straps and Beyoncé looked positively glowing. Jay-Z was dressed down in jeans, a white shirt and white trainers and looked the proud father to be. Beyoncé revealed in a recent interview that she feels she has achieved enough in her career now to take some time out and start her family.
And so … the Bump Watch is now underway. I am SO thrilled that B-Jay got themselves pregnant. Knowing how much of a workhorse overachiever Beyoncé is, I feared that she may put off motherhood for a while yet … but, clearly, that is not the case. We’ve got a bey-bey on the way … and I cannot WAIT! This is going to be a fun Bump Watch, you just wait and see :D

i LOOOVE the fact that they kept it quiet for so long. i say she’s already 5 or 6mo already unless she’s got twins cooking in there.
i have a feeling shes going to be one of these girls who show early and get huge by the end of it all.
i have to say im not jay z fan, but im super excited for him. hes always said he wanted kids and i thought for sure that beyonce was going to make him wait until he was close to 50 haha.
I’m still dying to know what names they are tossing around. I have a feeling they are going to be extravagant.
