Earlier this week we saw photos of Lindsay Lohan‘s younger sister Aliana Ali Lohan sporing a new face that is almost unrecognizable … so much so that people started wondering if she had had any plastic surgery done to alter her appearance. In response to those questions, Ali‘s modeling agency has issued a statement vehemently denying that she had any surgical procedures done to her face … saying that any changes to her appearance are cause by natural “growth”. “Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery. As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape.”
Furthermore, Borges had this to say:
“[Aliana] has the perfect look, very European, more angular. She has the right lean look for modeling. She’s a 33-24-34, which is a size 1 or 2. We signed her about two months ago because we believe in her. We didn’t take her based on her name. Her figure is the right shape. The baby fat is gone. She’s 17 and is really coming into her look. We’re Next, so we really gear girls toward high fashion, like Jill Sander and Dolce & Gabbana, and that’s where we’re headed with Aliana. We’re also going for endorsement deals for her, and there might be some partnerships with designers, so she can help design, which is happening with a lot of models right now. Aliana loves and understands fashion.”
Aliana‘s father, Michael Lohan had this to say about his 17-year old daughter’s new look:
“It’s scary to see my daughter looking like this. Ali was always on the thin side but seeing how much weight she’s lost there appears to be a drastic change that concerns me. This industry has a way of having a harmful affect on one’s health and well being.”
Ugh, it pains me to say it but … I absolutely agree with Daddy Lohan. I’m not sure what Alexis Borges is talking about but Ali does not look like any model that I’d like to see in any magazine, ad campaign or on any runway. Even if she didn’t have anything surgical done to her face, she looks rail thin and very sickly. She used to be so cute! All that “baby fat” that Borges seems so happy is gone used to make her look happy, healthy and beautiful. Ugh … poor girl.

I am not surprised or shocked about anything the Lohans do. Mostly I’m just offended that Next thinks we are all THAT dumb to accept the whole “she’s growing into her face” BS.

Do they think we’re morons? Your lips don’t get bigger and you don’t look unrecognizable after you have a growth spurt. I’m saddened at how thin she is and the fact that she thought she had to do this to be successful. And, I’m offended that her reps think we’re stupid enough to believe this.

Ive changed drastically from 14 to 18, however one thing that does not naturally change throughout a lifetime is the EYES. i looked at a pic of myself when i was 2 years old and they eyes are absolutely he same.
hers are completely different. i wouldnt be surprised that that the modeling agency simply does not know about the procedures done, especially since she got hired only 2 months ago (i suppose after all the scarring has gone away). her sister might have encouraged her as she has done her lips and god knows what else… probably donated her brain and is left with none.

She has had at least a nose job and lips injections. The problem isn’t that she had her nose done – I don’t blame anybody who changes their features if they’re not happy about it – but that she doesn’t look 17 at all. Plus, she’s too skinny (size 1 or 2? yeah, right).
i hate to say it, but what i see is not any procedures done, i see a very unhealthy girl in a very unhealthy environment. she looks like she is on drugs…plain and simple.
We’re not stupid! She obviously had plastic surgery. I don’t see why they just don’t admit it. It ruined her look and on top of that, she looks scary skinny and not happy at all. If they’re not careful, Ali could die.

My thoughts are relax. Wait until new pictures emerge and let’s see. Pictures can be misleading. There was an odd picture of Ali last year in London in February (look up oldest saddest teen to see it) and then a week or so later, new pictures emerged and Ali was just fine. One thing people are saying that I disagree with is Ali lacks confidence in herself or acceptance or anything like that. We don’t know this girl, she gives no interviews, she doesn’t tweet how she feels about anything, and there’s nothing to show that she can’t handle herself as she’s dealt with her sister’s issues well. I think she’s stronger and smarter than most people assume she is.

This is the best photo comparison I’ve seen so far- injections, weight loss and lack of sunlight seem most likely to me. I think she just ain’t eating enough.
