Earlier this week we learned that the CBS series Two and a Half Men plans to air a funeral for Charlie Sheen‘s defunct character on the show when the series returns with an all new season and an all new lead actor this Fall. Today, courtesy of TMZ, we get our first look at the first photos from the set of the show set up to film the funeral scene. Check out a couple photos of Charlie‘s upcoming funeral below.

The stage is finally set for Charlie Harper’s funeral on “Two and a Half Men” … which features a tribute to the iconic WARDROBE Charlie Sheen made famous on the show … Harper’s trademark bowling shirt and shorts hang at the front of a what appears to be a chapel — surrounded by flowers. There is no sign of a coffin or an urn. The episode is scheduled to air on Sept. 19 — and according to Deadline.com, the funeral will be packed with just about every memorable chick Harper nailed on the show since it began.
LMAO!!! Perfect. PERFECT! The hanging shirt next to the urn of fictitious ashes is just … perfect. I’m still not sure if new lead Ashton Kutcher will be a good fit for the show but it sounds like the Two and a Half Men writers have come up with an igneous way to dispose of Charlie Sheen …
….. ‘s character ;) I don’t even watch this show but I think I’ll be tuning in to watch this funeral ep. I just gotta ;)

I don’t watch the show either! But I’m curious to see how they will pull this funeral thing off.
i found out about these pictures from your site BUT i think it’s really cool that you left the ‘tmz’ trademark on there… unlike perez hilton who would’ve just taken credit for the whole thing.
Just so sad that a talented actor imploded like this. Clearly CBS ain’t playing around, Mr. Sheen has officially used up all his second chances.
WOW! This may turn out to be excellent after all. I thought they’d leave the story line more open just in case…but this should be so interesting.
