Yesterday was a big day for Lindsay Lohan … after spending about a month in house arrest (inside her luxury beachfront home, where she was free to booze it up to her heart’s content despite the fact that she was being “punished” for her crimes), Lindsay was released from house arrest and became a free woman once again. Altho Lohan still has many hours of community service to complete and many months of probation left on her sentence, she is now FREE! Lindsay wasted no time getting out of her home and back into the public eye … and back into the party scene.
Mere hours had passed since the monitoring bracelet was slipped off and the doors to her Venice Beach home opened. But last night Lindsay Lohan was already hitting the clubs in Hollywood as she celebrated being a free woman once again. The Mean Girls actress attended a farewell party for a close friend at the Lexington Social Club. According to witnesses, Lindsay stayed at the club for five hours before leaving with actor buddy Emile Hirsch. Wearing a demure black wrap dress and strappy ankles to show off her monitoring bracelet-free ankle, Lindsay steadied herself on the way, according to photographers, as she left. The 24-year-old explained the evening’s agenda to fans on Twitter during the evening. She wrote: ‘@lyndsymfonseca and @mdmolinari @ohferras supporting our friend lyndsy for her going away party…… 10months is too long.’ Miss Fonseca, a close friend of Lindsay’s, is a fellow actress known for her roles in Kick-Ass, How I Met Your Mother and Nikita. Before her night on the town, Lindsay commenced her 480 hours of community service. She wrote on Twitter afterwards: ‘Had a great day today at the Downtown Women’s Center… Thank you everyone, staff, volunteers, and the amazing women I get to see for being so kind’ … Meanwhile, Lohan already has big plans for her birthday this weekend. The troubled actress, who turns 25 on Saturday is said to be planning to celebrate at a party in the Hamptons, the New York Post have reported. Lohan has confirmed to attend a joint 40th birthday bash for DJ Paul Sevigny and graffiti artist André Saraiva. However her plans to celebrate her birthday with friends including her ex-Samantha Ronson could be stopped if she has to submit to random drug and alcohol testing. LA district attorney and probation officers could order for Lindsay to undergo regular testing.
Lindsay wasted no time getting back into the swing of things. She was talking to TMZ just moments before she was released back into society to begin her first day of freedom.

At least she is doing at least one positive thing for the community … I guess. And there you have it … once again, Lindsay is free. You may recall, tho, back in January Lindsay VOWED to stay out of trouble after she was released from court ordered rehab … and just about a week later, she was arrested for stealing that diamond necklace. I guess we’ll have to wait and see if Lindsay will really stay out of trouble this time around … or count the days until she’s back in police custody again. What do y’all think … is Lindsay Lohan a changed woman this time around?

Is she a changed woman? Obviously not…she immediately went out drinking the second she was free. What a disgusting and trashy waste of talent and opportunity. I expect nothing from her and I wish she’d just disappear already.

LOL! At one point, she did seem like a promising young actress though. She’s completely drank and smoked away every bit she had…she looks at least a decade older and even her voice sounds like shit now! I think if things were different, she might have been a respected actress. Remember, right before shit hit the fan, when she had all of that buzz about how great her acting was?

I cannot stand Lindsay is anyway shape or form thats for sure.
But to her defence, this is exactly what the media DO – and Trent, to no criticism, would be guilty of it aswell to support an article.
A paparazzi could’ve taken almost 100 pictures from a matter of 1 minute from Lindsay walking outta the club to her car and driving off. With so many paps around of corse weird faces will be pulled when facing upwards with the bright bulbs and flashes.
Finding these pictures would generate a lot more money than a sober looking Lindsay to a magazine. It would support ones article about Lindsay jumping back on the booze. That third picture looks like she was saying something and the first picture looks like she was supporting herself whilst walking down a step – being blinded by the lights.
Yeah she probably had a few, theres no guilt there. She hasn’t really been arrested for being drunk, unless its behind the wheel of a car. I kinda hate how Celebrities are constantly criticised for being drunk or going out partying. Perhaps the media should actually go out one night and notice the young ones and even people in their 30′s that go out partying every weekend.
So i will defend Lindsay this one occasion in that fact that the media, yet again target her, even though she brings a lot of it on herself.
Just another tactic of the media when it comes to the careful use of selected images to connote what their trying to tell, or really sell.
But then again, LIndsay is a dumb ass.
Haha I can vouch for this – there are craploads of pictures of me out there looking tanked when I’ve not had a drop to drink for a week. Bad flashes/angles can do wonders! (Bad wonders that is…)
I think it’s safe to assume Lindsay will go on to have a spotless, untroubled career that will rival those of Whitney Houston and Courtney Love.

Whew, my coughing fit is over… I was thinking my favorite part was the duct tape over her mouth.
She’s not even 25. I keep forgetting that. Between her and that 16 year old the married the 51 year old actor last week, young girls are looking so rough. But, on the bright side, in five years, they can star in a remake of Cocoon.
I don’t even bother to read these Lindsay updates anymore, I’m so sick of it :( Would it be a huge bother just not post them any longer so I can save the few seconds that I waste off my life just skimming the headline…
Forget “justice” for her crimes, at this point she needs to be seriously punished for her own well-being. It’s crazy how many second (third, fourth, fifth, etc) chances she’s gotten and she’s wasted all of them. LiLo needs to get her shit together!
I’m blessed to say that I’m a year younger than her and still getting carded at movies sometimes! Definitely for alcohol consumption. Only been three times I haven’t been. Especially since I went brunette! This girl however, looks twice her age, perhaps closer to three. I would kill to have her opportunity in life and she’s absolutely wasting it. It’s depressing.
