‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ Moves Filming Production To NYC
Spidey Invasion

When last we saw photos from the set of the upcoming reboot film franchise The Amazing Spider-Man, the action was being filmed on the streets of downtown Los Angeles. In an effort to give the film a more realistic look (considering Spider-Man lives in NYC, NY) the filming production of the movie has made its way to Manhattan. Check out below photos of leads Andrew Garfield (as Peter Parker) and Emma Stone (as Gwen Stacy) on the NYC set of The Amazing Spider-Man.

It looks like the final filming production will focus on exterior shots … so that the film will look as if it were filmed in NYC when the majority of it was actually filmed in LA. Hollywood movie magic, y’all. I’m actually growing more accustomed to the idea of Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man. I mean, I still see the guy from The Social Network when I see photos like these but I can envision how he may replace Tobey Maguire in my mind as Peter/Spidey. We still have a year to wait before the film gets release so I guess we have a lot of time to get used to the idea of a new Spider-Man.

At first I wasn’t sure on the casting but these two actually really make a great duo! He looks just like Peter Parker…I am lovin it!
