Last August we learned that Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen, who had been engaged to be wed despite never ever being seen together in public, ended their relationship and called off their engagement. Then, last month, representatives for the couple decided to chirp up and deny that the couple had split and insisted that they were still very much together. In an attempt to fortify those claims, RayDen made their way to Barbados this week for a little vacay … and wouldn’t you know it … they were actually photographed in one another’s close proximity! They must be together then!!
Rachel Bilson made a jaw-dropping exit from the Caribbean sea today. All eyes were on the 29-year-old actress, who looked exceptional in a black bikini whilst holidaying in Barbados. Those included her boyfriend Hayden Christensen, who stayed close to his impeccably toned girlfriend in her skimpy two-piece. The OC beauty has clearly been working out judging by her flat muscular stomach and slim legs. A stunning natural beauty, Rachel went make-up free for the beach outing, simply tying her hair up in a loose bun. Circling around her in the water, 30-year-old Hayden was clearly smitten with the smouldering brunette. He later showed off a snippet of his own beach body in a pair of black board shorts as the couple dried off. This is the second time in two weeks that Rachel and Hayden have been spotted together this week. The on-again, off-again couple took a romantic bike ride around Beverly Hills together on Tuesday. It was the first time that Hayden and Rachel have been spotted together for some time. The couple first began dating in 2007, and became engaged a year later, but they’ve weathered several breakups and makeups since then.
These two have such a strange relationship. It’s kind of odd that they are never seen together … but I guess their private natures are to be admired? In the end, if they are happy that is all that matters. I guess the fact that the couple are holidaying together means, at the very least, that they are friendly again. The couple may even be dating officially again but … do you think they’re still engaged to be married? HMMM.

Were they ever seen holding hands? Cuddling? Kissing? Showing any sort of PDA? I feel like everytime I see pictures of them, they’re looking at the paparazzi or they both look incredibly bored…
She is stunning but he is so average looking. And they look so sad together LOL. But Rachel is adorable.
Rachel IS stunning but Hayden is FAR from being “average”, good grief! He’s got those old Hollywood looks that every actor strives for and he’s super-sexy to boot! He is one HOT actor who was born to be on the big screen, you just can’t keep your eyes off of him! The point is Tracy, they obviously look adorable together, are very much in love, and have stayed together through thick and thin and VERY busy careers. I think the reason they are “looking at the paparazzi” is because, at that moment, they became aware of it and they don’t enjoy showing their feelings in front of a paparazzi camera…it’s their private life after all, and they want to KEEP it private.
Hayden is like so… um i guess shy? I swear I seen all his videos and he is either shy or really .. not interested in things but I do have to say the ONLY time I seen hayden smile
is when him and Rachel were filming a ad for .. aeropostale or w/e so it seems they really connect with each other.. which is sad cause she is so boring :D !!

HAYDEN Christensen IS and will always be a ‘hottie’. He’s just got that ‘it’ factor everyone talks about. He’s a good, stable guy and the REASON they don’t smile or hold hands is so they don’t fuel the paparazzi! They’re keeping it on the ‘down low’. Rachel is a stunner and so is Hayden and I think they really make each other happy and that’s the main thing!
To me, it seems like they do bore each other. Like they fell out of “love”. You see old pictures of them, they first couple of years together and they looked in love and happy, they just don’t look like it now.
I think what you are looking at are pictures where they KNOW they are being filmed or pictures being taken. Both of them are NOT paparazzi fans, it intudes on what little privacy they have. When their relationship was younger they were not as aware of all the paparazzi pictures and obviously showed more emotion, however, they also NOW know that showing emotion is NOT a good thing in public – IF you want some privacy. So, they don’t show much. I think it’s “their way” of dealing with everything. Paparazzi have broken up a lot of couples, they don’t want to be one of them. At any rate, they have learned to deal with it as best they can and do NOT give the paparazzi fodder. I still think they are a gorgeous couple and so much alike in a lot of ways. They SHOULD wind up together but we are talking Hollywood here guys, so who knows. I just know I am a FAN of both, especially Hayden Christensen and will always be, he’s simply amazing on the big screen!

Yeah, that’s a pretty old picture really. He was filming the commercial for perfume on that day. I have seen pictures since that time (and rather recently) where they are laughing, kissing, holding hands. I just think they are adorable together! They just don’t want to show it to paparrazi as it gives them “fuel” to keep snapping photographs. I know I wouldn’t like someone following me around taking photos all the time…what a frustrating situation. But, gosh, Hayden and Rachel are stunners!
