Lindsay Lohan’s Trainwreck Life Becomes An Off-Broadway Show

Sometimes life is stranger than fiction and that is SO very much the case when it comes to the trainwreck of a life lived by Lindsay Lohan. Director Ben Rimalower and performer D’Arcy Drollinger have created an off-Broadway show called Project: Lohan that takes the found text of Lindsay‘s actual words and turns it into entertainment. Project: Lohan debuted in NYC last night and promises to give a fair but funny portrayal of the young girl’s very messy life. In real life, TMZ is reporting that Lindsay has decided to plead no contest to the misdemeanor charges of theft brought against her. If she does plead no contest, that would mean she would need to serve that 120 day jail sentence that she got slapped with a couple of weeks ago. Might Lindsay be ready to take responsibility for her actions? Is that even possible? More »

Kylie Minogue Kicks Off Her ‘Aphrodite Live 2011′ Tour Here In The US

After touring Europe and Japan, Kylie Minogue has brought her world tour to the US last night and officially kicked off Aphrodite Live 2011 in Boston, MA. Because her US tour isn’t as extravagant as her European tour (ie. no Splash Zone), I was worried what the “stripped down” version of the show would look like. As I understand it, very little changes have been made to the show now that it is here in the US. All of the numbers have been kept in tact, as well as the costuming and staging from the Les Folies 2011 Tour. Kylie has brought her FABULOUS show to our shores and she will be trekking her way across the country performing along the way! Second Nite Stand With Prince

Last night was my second of three Prince concerts this week and I am happy to report that last night’s show was just as amazing as Thursday night’s show. As I say all the time, no two Prince concerts are ever the same. There something different in the Prince was feeling last night that gave the show an entirely different feel. I attended last night’s show at The Forum in Inglewood, CA with my good friends Angie and Ollie. With my O(+> tambourine in hand, we made our way to one of the funkiest concerts I’ve ever seen. At last, at last … Mariah Carey gave birth AT LAST! Congratulations are in order for Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon because at just after 9AM PT (12PM ET), she gave birth to the couples first children — a boy and a girl. The twins were born today which just so happens to also be the Mr. & Mrs. Cannon‘s 4 year wedding anniversary … which is just too perfect for words. Broadway star Daniel Radcliffe was surprised this week by his Harry Potter co-star and BFF Emma Watson backstage in his dressing room after a performance of his new musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Earlier this week we saw photos and video of the cast of Glee, who are filming the final eps of the season in NYC this week, shooting a musical number in Times Square … then we saw them filming in Central Park … and today we get to see photos of the cast filming in Washington Square Park. Welp … Prince William and Kate Middleton, the now the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, are married and today we get our first look at the official photos taken by photographer Hugo Burnand just after the wedding ceremony was completed. The District 5 Tributes Have Been Cast In ‘The Hunger Games’

Earlier today we read that Woody Harrelson has reportedly been offered the role of Head Gamemaster Seneca Crane in the big screen adaptation of The Hunger Games and that Stanley Tucci and Lenny Kravitz have also been offered unknown roles. Right now, tho, we learn for certain that the boy and girl tributes from District 5 have been cast for the film. Newcomers Chris Mark and Jackie Emerson have won the roles … both characters are nameless but the girl tribute from District 5 is referred to as Foxface. More »
