Rihanna, who is no stranger to appearing on magazine covers these days, is featured on the cover of the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine. Ri Ri, who is also no stranger to showing off some skin, is wearing a pair of cut-off shorts in her cover photo … showing off just how cheeky she can be.
Rihanna is going to appear on the cover of the next issue of Rolling Stone, which will be on newsstands and online in the digital archive (subscription required) on Friday. The issue also contains features about Robbie Robertson and Ricky Gervais, a new interview with Britney Spears, a review of Paul Simon’s new LP, Rob Sheffield’s take on this season of American Idol and a previously unpublished interview with Elizabeth Taylor by Jonathan Cott. We’ll have more on all these stories – including juicy details from the Rihanna feature – on Wednesday.
Altho this is the only photo of Rihanna in Rolling Stone that we get right now, I think it’s enough to tide us over until Wednesday. I really hate her hair like this (I much prefer the way it looks on the cover of Vogue magazine) but the shorts are kinda hot. Girl knows how to use her body, that’s for sure. i kinda like the curls…just not the colour…i cant wait for this era of hers to be over and she moves on to something else
I think she is such a beautiful woman, both in face and body, that she could wear her hair any way and she would be gorgeous. I do think she looks better with her hair other colors, but she is still gorgeous in red.

I’m divided on my feelings about Rihanna. Yes, she is talented. Yes, she is attractive and, well, I guess if you’ve got it flaunt it, right? And yet…I wish she would stop flaunting it and put some clothes on already. It makes her look sleazy, and I really don’t think she is.
hmm i think they would look better if they werent so overwhelming. it takes away from her incredible face. so basically i think if there are going to be red curls then they should be shorter red curls. however, it is her hair and if she thinks it looks hot then she can wear it like that.

I think she may be going through the “I’m young and enjoying it phase” because lately it just seems more in our face. And her songs are so sexually explicity – the whole SNM song out right now… I like it for adults but wonder what the message is for her younger female audience – especially since she’s been through the whole violence with men thing first hand in real life. It’s just mixed signals I think.
anybody else think the shorts at first were painted on? bc that was my original reaction…and honestly….if my body looked like that, i dont think i would EVER wear clothes lol
