In late December we learned officially that Reese Witherspoon and her beau Jim Toth got themselves engaged to be married. In early January, Reese starting flashing around her diamond engagement bling at an LA Lakers basketball game … and in late January she was spotted in Paris, France reportedly shopping for a wedding dress. Today, RadarOnline is reporting that Reese and Jim are planning to be married in Ojai, CA in just a few days … on March 26.

Reese Witherspoon is wasting no time making her union to Jim Toth official. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the Oscar winning actress will be walking down the aisle and trading wedding vows with the 40-year-old mega-agent on Saturday, March 26th at her sprawling Ojai Valley estate. The Walk The Line star scooped up the compound, which is often called The Libbey Ranch, back in 2008, when it was listed for $6.95 million. The 7-acre, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom estate, which is fully equipped with horse stables, a swimmer’s pool and two guest houses, was built in 1923 and has housed everyone from actor/director Harold Ramis to interior designer Kathryn M. Ireland. Reese and Jim were first spotted hanging out together at the picturesque country home back in March 2010, shortly after they began dating, celebrating her 34th birthday together. Although Reese has been spotted visiting nearly every designer’s showroom from Los Angeles to Paris since her December engagement, the actress spawned serious speculation that she had settled on red carpet favorite Monique L’huillier, when she was photographed shopping at the designer’s Beverly Hills showroom back in February. It’s been reported that the couple will be keeping the wedding small — at least by Hollywood standards — inviting around 100 guests, and that “candles and flowers will be everywhere, in white and pastels, for an intimate feeling.” It has also been reported that Reese has been working closely with celebrity event planner Yifat Oren, who has planned the nuptials for everyone from Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller to Mariska Hargitay and Peter Hermann … Reese was previously married to actor Ryan Phillippe, whom she divorced in 2007 after seven years of marriage. The couple have two children together, Ava, 11 and Deacon, 7. This will be Toth’s first trip down the aisle.

I’m inclined to believe this report because A.) Reese and Jim have been spending a lot of time in Ojai together, ever since they started dating about a year ago and B.) Reese will be really bizzy on the promo trail for her new film Water For Elephants very soon, so it seems likely she might want to squeeze in her wedding before she gets pulled away from Jim for an extended period of time. I guess we’ll know soon enough if this report is true but a wedding is coming … but it seems very plausible Reese and Jim will be saying their I Dos at the end of next week.
