Last week we got some new album information from Kelly Clarkson herself that made it sound like she was very close to announcing the imminent release of her new album. Today we learn, again from Kelly herself, that yes her album is coming out this year … but not as soon as we may have thought. According to a new post from Kelly on her official Facebook profile, the release of her album has been pushed back to September.
I recently found out that my album won’t be coming out until September ….the album has been recorded but I can’t release it until then. I realize that is a long time but that’s the best time to release it apparently so I’m sorry for the wait but I promise you it sounds great!
Blah. BUT, at least we now know when her new album will be released. Yes, I, too, was hoping for a new album from Kelly sooner rather than later but now we have something to look forward to. September will be here sooner than we think (unfortunately), so the wait really won’t be that bad. New Kelly Clarkson music this year, y’all! That is deffo cause for celebration.

This is exactly what RCA did to Avril Lavigne’s album, where it was finished and ready to go, yet they kept delaying it. I can’t wait until Kelly is released from her contract with that joke of a label.
BTW RCA is the same record label as Christina Aguilera and we all know the label didn’t promote that album either.
OUCH. RCA is screwing up their artists BIG time! First they fakced up Christina’s career, then Avril, and now it’s going to be Kelly.
By sitting on a finished album, they are practically ASKING for it to be leaked early.
