First Listen: Britney Spears, ‘Till The World Ends’
Plus, Read the FULL Tracklist of Britney's New Album 'Femme Fatale'

Yesterday we got to hear a clip of Britney Spears‘s new single Till the World Ends and right now we get to hear the track in FULL! While I had some doubts based solely on the first preview clip we heard yesterday (doubts that were heightened by the fact that the song was written by Ke$ha), I’m very happy to report that the song sounds fantastic in its entirety. Because the song leaked early (it wasn’t due to drop until March 14), Jive Records decided to push up the single’s release date and release a press release announcing the tracklist for Femme Fatale. Read on to listen to Till the World Ends and see what other songs will be included on Britney‘s new album.

Till the World Ends:

Yes! The song is really hot. The Oh Oh Ooohs really make the song feel like a dancey pop anthem. This song is going to be a massive club banger, no doubt. I love it!! I don’t know that I like it better than Hold It Against Me … I think I like them both equally, in that, they are both fantastic pop songs. What do y’all think? Do you love it? Because of the early leak of the song, Till the World Ends has been made available on iTunes right now. You can download a copy of the track HERE.

Now, let’s get to the rest of the Femme Fatale album. Here is the full text of the press release issued by Jive Records which gives the full tracklist of Britney‘s new album, due out on March 29:

Britney Spears’ next single from her highly anticipated seventh studio album, Femme Fatale is the upbeat, “Till The World Ends” (ßclick to listen). Produced by Dr. Luke and Max Martin, it’s the follow-up to the million plus-selling infectious first single, “Hold It Against Me,” which debuted in the No. 1 position on both the Hot 100 Singles and the Hot Digital Songs charts. “Hold It Against Me” (ßclick to view) ranked No. 1 on digital singles charts in 20 markets worldwide, and the video clip is currently the #1 video on MTV and VH-1 in the U.S. In her current V Magazine cover story, Spears says, “I think ‘Femme Fatale’ speaks for itself… I wanted to make a fierce dance record where each song makes you want to get up and move…” Femme Fatale is in stores and available at digital retailers on March 29th. Acknowledging today’s leak of her newest song, Britney just announced via twitter that she will formally premiere “Till The World Ends” on Ryan Seacrest’s show tomorrow morning, Friday, March 4th in the 7AM PST/10AM EST hour. Spears is confirmed to do a very special performance on Good Morning America from San Francisco, airing March 29th.

16. Don’t Keep Me Waiting (Produced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins)

Gahhhh!! I cannot wait to hear these songs in full. As Britney herself sings in this new song, I can’t take no take no more … of the waiting! The release of Till the World Ends is a nice snack to tide us over until the album’s release in a few weeks but … I don’t know that I can truly stand the wait any longer!! You will note that in her V magazine interview, Britney said that her favorite song from the Femme Fatale era is a song called On the Rocks. On the Rocks is NOT listed on the tracklist. Will it be a bonus bonus? Will it be a b-side? Will it never be heard? I’m sure there are a lot of songs that Britney recorded for this album … so not only am I hungry for the songs listed here but I also want all the other songs as well. Gahhhhh!! What do y’all think of Till the World Ends? Do you love it? Does seeing the Femme Fatale tracklist make you even more anxious to hear the album … or are you, like me, just ready to BURST already?

  3. nicole nicole says:

dont love it, dont hate it. what i do like is that it doesnt sound as robotic, you get a little more of her real voice which is great.
IMO this should have been the first single.

I preordered the Deluxe version on iTunes, but noticed that iTunes is not promoting it at all and you can’t find it unless you search Britney’s name. So pretty much they email everyone about Lady GaGa’s new song and leave a huge banner up for week’s but they do nothing for the Queen of Pop? Shady…

  5. krissy says:

I liked HIAM better, at least the verses. I like the bass of the verses on that song along with more grounded vocals from her. What I didn’t like about HIAM is the spacy chorus…and this song is much more like that chorus the whole way through. It is really compressed, and I feel like her voice is buried. The song is really light and electronic, and I prefer a more earthy vocal if the music is so electronic.

  6. Jessica says:

The melody reminds me a bit of enrique’s tonight

  7. Mela says:

It’s crazy. I didn’t even see the part where you said her song was written by Kesha, but it reminded me so much of “We R Who We R” in writing style that I looked it up and realized Kesha and one other writer were in common.

  8. brady says:

Oh my god this song is Hot I so heaR Britney not Ke$ha and I can’t wait for the album after seeinG the tracklisting I havta have the deluxe editioN

  9. Patty says:

Um…this song sounds a lot like Enrique’s song. There’s nothing special about this song. It just sounds like any other club songs out there. I’m disappointed. Britney is just following the pop trend that’s going on right now. I think she’s better than that! I was hoping she would do something different.

Oh man….it does sounds really similar…I have a bad feeling she’s gonna get crap for this. This is why she shouldn’t follow the current pop style of music..it tends to sound like another artist’s song.

People are already noticing the similarities.. :(

  12. Mela says:

The one piece does sound like “Tonight”…and actually in the beginning it drives me crazy that i always feel like she’s gonna start singing 1-2-3. I can ignore all of that though, because it pretty much makes me want to bust a move in my office.

  13. kerirulz kerirulz says:

that 30 second clip definitely did not do this song justice. i’ve had it on repeat for the past two days. SO. AMAZING.

  14. Lexifer says:

    Good lord that was awful!!

  15. sparklecow sparklecow says:

Well this proves that TranTran’s PR people are buying multiple copies over and over because BTW is still selling more than Brit’s new song. The tranny’s song isn’t even popular so please explain how it could still be selling so well? I guess its easy when your record label buys multiple copies during a 4 week period.

  16. Emily says:

    Love this!

  17. Eric says:

I don’t get it Trent. I know you’re not a fan of Keshas music, but I just find it strange that when Britney puts out a song that sounds like EVERY single Kesha song(and every other basic pop song on the radio right now) you love it?

I don’t mean that in a bad way, your entitled to like what you like but IMO this song has NOTHING on Hold It Against Me. That song was so fresh/new/innovative/different from other mainstream pop songs. This song is generic, typical, and hardly stands out from any other song on the radio. If anything id say its a really forgettable track and in a year/5 years from now people wont even think to rank it among her best.

    • Trent Trent says:

@Eric — “I don’t get it Trent. I know you’re not a fan of Keshas music” No, no … I’m not a fan of Kesha, period. I have always said her music is effing catchy. I hate myself for liking Tik Tok and wished it was recorded by someone I can actually stomach. I just can’t stand Kesha’s whole contrived persona, attitude and shtick.

      • JeniLee says:

I dont get how you dont like Ke$ha because of her contrived persona and you like Lady Gaga. To me they are the exact same thing. Both fake.

      • Trent Trent says:

@JeniLee — ” … you like Lady Gaga.” Um, I’m so not a Gaga fan. I find her even more contrived than Kesha.

      • Eric says:

@Trent @JeniLee Lady Gaga, Kesha, Britney, at the end of the day they are ALL contrived & manufactured to some extent (some more than others). Lets not forget Britney basically built her entire career of false ideologies and being manufactured.

It usually takes a few successful albums before the artist can really come into their own, and for Britney, that album was Blackout. Probably her most organic, real, and best material to date. (although with her more recent material i feel that shes actually started to step backwards into that manufactured/generic zone.)

    • Michelle says:

@Eric: I was thinking the EXACT same thing. Everytime I hear Till The World Ends on the radio, I switch the station….just like I do EVERYTIME Ke$ha comes on. I’m totally a fan of Britney, but honestly, it would take a REALLY good buzz for me to get through the entire song. It’s just bad. Brit could of put out something so much better.

  18. Jenilee says:

Oh sorry. I thought you liked her. My bad.

  19. Melissa says:

I dunno. Nothing is like the old Britney. All of these songs seem like every other song out there- nothing original like she used to produce. Remember when Toxic came out? It was original and very Britney. These songs sound all the same and too synthesized…no real vocals anymore.

I will always be a Britney fan- I just wish they would stop saying that every album is her comeback or the best ever.

  20. an says:

Well Blackout is the only album that Britney herself as the Executieve producer!! It could have been the most successfull Britney album but unfortunately she or her record labels killed it and no promotion at all!! it’s pitty!then come gaga and took the opportunity!
anyway… I love Britney and that’s all. Sometime something could be better right??
