Kanye West has unleashed a new music video for his new single All Of The Lights. The track features vocals by Rihanna and Kid Cudi and without question, is my fave song on his album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Thankfully, the video is for the most part understated and actually simple. Check out the Kanye West video for All Of The Lights below.
Yes, some of the scenes are epileptic seizure inducing but … I really like how not elaborate it is. I really love this song. As far as the Rihanna vocals go, I like this track more than any of her songs on her album Loud. Check it out:

I liked the vid. Glad it was understated. Wish there was a bit more story line. The 1st scene with the kid was too long.

It’s funny … no matter how many crazy things Kanye West says or does, he can still put out some great music and videos and make tons of money for himself and everyone that works with him. At the end of the video, it says something about lyrics and flashes a million names like Fergie and La Roux … how many people worked on this song?
i read that they did vocal layering with around 11 artist. but im pretty sure some are missing from the video version

All those artists vocals are in the chorus. It’s amazing how he got all of them to get together. Also M.I.A. is in this song, but not on the video version.
M.I.A. isnt in the song. You may be confused with Elly Jackson who is also British but shes from La Roux.
The video misses so much – it is quite a lengthy song for radio but I dont see why he couldn’t have made a video for the video version like most artists do cause airing a video is different to radio. Just after Cudi finishes his part it does that weird noise and it blasts onto what I would call en Epic verse by Fergie! So bummed he didnt include her.
All the other artists are layered over the top of each other for the chorus except the hook where Rihanna sings solo. Kanye loves Rihanna and for great reason – she does have a very unique voice. It doesnt come across that way live, i just dont think she takes the time to warm up or rehearse to do what she does live whilst singing. If she stands there giving it her all she does well, Like her WHATS MY NAME on LETTERMAN that is really great. But I definitely wouldn’t compare her to Beyonce, she is much better than her thats for sure.

love the song, im 50/50 with the video. i think it would have been cool if they could have gotten everyone that was involved with the song in the video, i think that would have given it a little something extra.
speaking of extra…oh riri. *shakes head* i dont know what was goin on with her here…but shes just a hot mess IMO. im not sure if shes tryin to look cute, or if shes bored..but whatever it is, its not working

I really think Fergie’s verse is the SHIZ! Very devo about that. I think they could have replaced Cudi or Elton with Fergie IMO.
A friend just pointed out that it looks like a knockoff of the title sequence for Gaspar Noe’s “Enter the Void”. And I agree.

I was liking this song, until Rihanna made an appearance. She is the new Beyonce (not a fan). She is in everydamn thing and still can’t sing and trying too hard to look sexy.
