All week long, Marvel Comics has been releasing new promo materials for their new film Captain America: The First Avenger (HERE, HERE and HERE) leading up to the big release of the first movie trailer yesterday on Super Bowl Sunday. In case you missed it or just want to watch it again, check it out below.
Over all, I really like the commercial … but there seems to be something missing. I love the quick reveal of what Red Skull will look like but the commercial didn’t feel very exciting to me:
I dunno … I’ve watched it a few times and, again, I like it but … I need more oomph, I think. What do y’all think? Are you impressed with this first look at The First Avenger?

It was completely under whelming not what i was expecting. Chris looks really hot tho his body is just….whew! =) but overall compared to the other trailers it suckd.
i got really excited. it looks amazing, i like the retro feel.
It did seem really quick to me – that being said it is nice to not see and know everything about a movie before you actually see it. Is that Dum Dum (from Shield)with the mustache next to capt?
