Paris Hilton doesn’t turn 30 until tomorrow (February 17) but she decided to celebrate a wee bit early with a lavish party in the Hollywood Hills last night. To get her birthday celebration started, Paris‘s current boyfriend Cy Waits gave her a mustard yellow Lexus car as a gift (which, judging by the color, was on sale) before the couple got all dolled up in 1920′s style outfits for her 30th birthday party (Get it? Turning 30 in the 20′s?) … all of which was filmed for Paris‘s new reality TV show. Happy (early) Birthday, Paris Hilton!
Paris Hilton has celebrated her 30th birthday with a lavish party, according to reports. The socialite, who actually turns 30 tomorrow, celebrated with friends and family at a Moulin Rouge-themed bash in the Hollywood Hills on Tuesday night. “Such an amazing birthday celebration!” she tweeted later. “So amazing when Lil Wayne stopped by to give me a birthday present. Everyone at the party loved seeing him!” Among the reported guests in attendance were the heiress’s boyfriend Cy Waits, sister Nicky Hilton and My Life On The D-List star Kathy Griffin. The Daily Mail reports that her birthday presents included a new yellow Lexus sports car from Waits, which was gifted to her yesterday. The former Simple Life star recently admitted that she was “freaking out” about her impending birthday, before joking: “I can’t believe I’m going to be 30! But at least I still look like I’m 20!” She also suggested that she was going to celebrate with separate parties in LA, New York and Las Vegas. Hilton is currently gearing up for the summer launch of her new Oxygen reality show The World According To Paris, which promises to give an all-access pass into her everyday life.

Um, is anyone else weirded out that Paris Hilton is 30 years old? It’s not even so much her actual age that is freaking me out … it’s that this grown woman — at 30 — still talks and acts like a 13 year old child. Nothing about any of this birthday news is surprising to me … well, except for the fact that Paris wanted to celebrate turning 30 early. I guess we should wish her a Happy Birthday … or something … right?

That is the ugliest car……
No way was that car “on sale” – it’s the brand new in 2011 LFA. $375,000. The first Lexus “super car.” (Okay, so I watch a lot of BBC’s Top Gear!). I don’t care much for the color, but considering Paris loves being noticed instead of flying under the radar when she’s on the road (like in her pink Bentley), I’d say that Cy was a good boyfriend who knew exactly what his girl would want.
@Cristina — “I don’t care much for the color” I dunno … unpopular colors tend to sell cheaper … and if Cy told the dealership it was for Paris Hilton, I’m guessing — Sale!
@Trent – I will compromise and say that the yellow color is one of the 10 “standard” colors it comes in. There are some other colors that are special order. And, YES, one of the special order colors is PINK!
(One of the other standard colors is brown! Can you imagine?!)

@Christina- I totally agree! I know it’s yellow, but I think that’s the way to go when buying a gorgeous sports car like that…a lot of Lamborghini’s are that color too! Hey, if people want them to notice them and how much money they spent on that car they’ll make sure to choose a flashy color.
@Holly — Canary yellow is a hot Lamborghini color. Mustard/baby poop yellow like this Lexus is … well, not hot.
@Holly – YES, I associate bright yellow with Lamborghini, just like I associate bright red with Ferrari… Lexus doesn’t have a signature color yet, since this is their first car for the “super car” market… But I would have opted for black, dark metallic graphite or metallic silver in this case. Must be nice to have that kind of money!
@Cristina- I know, right? I mean, who just buys a $375k car like that for their girlfriend?? I wish my husband would take notes from this guy on how to buy gifts ;).

Oh Paris…you truly are your number one fan (next to me of course). I love that she still tries to act and talk the way she does but that is one smart business WOMAN because it still brings her lots of bank!! Happy birthday and the first thing you should do is ditch that car.
