Back in February of 2009, Kyle Wilker outed New Kids on the Block singer Jonathan Knight in The National Enquirer by selling photos of the pair when they were a couple back in the day. This week, former popstar Tiffany outed Jonathan on national television when she appeared on the late night TV show Watch What Happens Live on Bravo TV. Tiffany dished to host Andy Cohen about how she used to date “shy” and “quiet” Jonathan before he “became gay”. Unfortch for Jonathan, he hasn’t actually come out of the closet publicly so … clearly Tiffany can’t keep a secret!

On Thursday’s Watch What Happens Live, Tiffany told Andy Cohen she was once involved with Knight — and then goes on to describe him as “the quiet one. The shy one. He’s fabulous. But he became gay later.” Not missing a beat, Andy responds, “Did you turn him?” And then Tiffany reveals the obvious clues: “No. I had issues with that, I was thinking maybe I did. But no, now looking back when we were dating, he was so much fun — we used to do facials together, he was so easy to talk to, and he was fabulous.” (Chimes in fellow guest Debbie — sorry, Deborah — Gibson: I had gay BFs too!)

Altho Jonathan hasn’t publicly come out, he doesn’t seem to mind very much that people keep dragging him out of the closet. Yesterday, Jonathan posted a series of tweets on his official Twitter profile letting people — and Tiffany especially — know that he isn’t mad at his former girlfriend for revealing his sexuality:

I’m so devastated…………. / How can I not remember getting facials??????? / I’d also appreciate it if the people talking trash about Tiffany and Deborah knock it off and stop being nasty! / @tiffanytunes Tiff, please don’t lose any sleep over it! I know you weren’t being mean and I found it to be funny! / @tiffanytunes Knock em dead tomorrow! Wishing nothing but the best for you always!

Altho not an admission, I think it’s pretty clear that Jonathan is very happy with who he is and he is fine with his friends talking about him with love. Oh Tiffany … just can’t keep a secret, can you? Ah well … I guess it was all harmless fun. If Jonathan don’t mind, why should anyone else?

That said, I think we need to have Tiffany on TV more often … I wonder what other secrets she has left to spill publicly.
