Well, it turns out that the couple did not want to have a long engagement … cuz the couple got MARRIED in a beach wedding in Puerto Rico TODAY!! They got hitched, y’all!!
The country superstar and Frédéric Thiébaud got married in Puerto Rico on New Year’s Day, her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively. “They were married at sunset in Rincon, Puerto Rico, in front of 40 of their closest family and friends,” says the rep. The couple, who confirmed their engagement last month, became romantically involved in 2009, finding solace with each other after their spouses allegedly had an affair, breaking up both marriages.
TMZ managed to snap the photo above of the happy newlyweds mere moments after they said their I Dos just a few hours ago! Wow … this is a big surprise, yeah? We knew they were gettin’ hitched … I just didn’t think they wer planning to get ‘er done so quickly. Let’s send our love and congrats to the happy couple! Woot!!

When I heard the news she got married I was shocked but not surprise considering how private she is. Anyway I am so happy for her.
