We are just about a week away from the theatrical release of The Muppets movie and mere hours away from the release of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 so it’s the PERFECT time to share a set of really fun movie posters that are a marriage of the two films. For months, The Muppets promo team has been parodying other films in order to hype up The Muppets and today we see that they have chosen Twilight for their newest parody. Click below to see Twilight-version posters of 3 of the biggest stars of The Muppets. The posters are cute, y’all … you gotta check ‘em out.

Hahhaha … very cute. My long wait to see The Muppets is almost over. David and I have been invited to attend a special early screening of The Muppets at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, CA tonight and I couldn’t be MORE excited. I’ve managed to stay away from a lot of actual footage from the film so … I really have no idea what the premise is. I just hope this new film will be respectful of the Muppets I remember from my youth. I’m gonna be 8 years old again tonight, y’all. I cannot wait.

Excited to hear all your thoughts on the movie, Trent! Even more excited to see it for myself next week!
i think this is fucking adorable, especialy since breaking dawn just came out, it just makes it all the cuter!
i love twilight (despite the anatomical difficulties with the idea of blood flow to certain organs wink-wink*) and i love the muppets, i wanna watch this movie, someone! bring it to Australia!
I’m loving how they’re promoting this movie. I just saw a commercial where did the Pretty Little Liars opening with Miss Piggy. So cute!
Variety gave the movie a GREAT review! I love the Muppets and Jason Segel, so I was a little concerned, but it looks like it will all be ok. Whew! ;)
“Effortlessly blending wised-up, self-reflexive humor with old-fashioned let’s-put-on-a-show pizzazz, “The Muppets” is an unexpected treat. Bright and perky, cheeky but never mean-spirited…Charming musical elements, a cluster of celebrity cameos and a thoroughgoing sense of creative resurgence engendered by Jason Segel and Nicholas Stoller’s smart script should ensure that happy outcome; hecklers will be few.”
